Come here every now and again, but had the best sushi (and best miso soup) i've had in a while tonight. We got the ma-yo sake... roll and a sushi pizza - it was so good!! Some of the most reasonably priced sushi in the city; I know the place gets somereviews pricey, but I think everything made sense. In terms of sushi, Naru is the best bang for your buck out of all the Japanese restaurants in Fredericton. Good portions and... fresh sashimi, great for dates or dinners with friends and family. Owners are very kind and service has always been polite andtimely. Read more

This was the most awful experience I?ve ever had in any restaurant. To start - we were sat at a table underneath the open... lights, there we SO MANY bugs, dead and alive. Once we ordered the food, I kid you not, this was the worst sushi I?ve ever had.The sushi they sell at sobey?s will seem fine dining in comparison to this one. One of my rolls was 80% cucumber, the tiniestpiece of tempura shrimp. My other roll? Had literal sweet whip cream on it. Nothing like the picture, or description. ?Sweetcream mayo?. The chef came out to ask what was wrong with it, when I told him his answer was ?this isn?t McDonald?s, you won?tget what?s in the picture?. He was so disrespectful and unprofessional. I feel like I just got pranked. Do they serve everyone this food? A baby-sized spicy salmon roll with hot sauce on top? A... tuna avocado roll with ground up, possibly canned, tuna? Pre-drenched gyoza fried in filthy oil that?s never been changed? Don?t appetizers usually come before the rolls, not after?
