Fredericton Market, the restaurant offers a breakfast and lunch menu with fresh, hardy portions as well as a large variety ofpastries and desserts. Our paninis were full and flavourful with a large size. I have heard great things about the breakfastmenu. Staff is cheerful and recognized many customers by name. Very popular and busy at lunch. This place is a hidden gem. Indigenous owned bakery and restaurant serving some of the best food in Fredericton at a very... reasonable cost. The breakfast sandwiches on bannock are excellent and a huge meal all on their own. Today I had bacon and eggsand I?m groaning as I write this. The coffee and service are great. We took our 1 year old for breakfast here and had phenomenal service and amazing food at really good prices. The little... cheesecakes we bought on the way out were really really good too. We also got a breakfast sandwich to go and it was huge andthick and looked great, nothing like a chain restaurants breakfast sandwich. Breakfast is their best meal and regular coffee is their best drink. ( Really good and impressive) Their brownies are really... rich and dense which I love. The muffin was too dense and dry, I didn't like it. The maple latte had literally no mapleflavouring.. Disappointing and $5 The bannock bread was really good. Dense and had character. It gave this place style thatstands out from other breakfast places. This place has class. With minor fixes like their muffins and lattes and menu items notin stock; this place would be world class.
