I rarely post reviews. My experience at this Harvey?s location today was so bad I feel compelled to share a brief summary in... hopes someone at the store or HO for @recipeunlimited might improve service. The person on station to top burgers did not callby order number. Calling orders by burger name, customers not fluent in Harvey?s speak like Big Harv unsure if it?s their orderor not. Had 1 fries and 1 poutine, Fries were stone cold. I took ?em back. Replacement fries and poutine took 15 minutes toarrive, burgers were finished, moment for fries had passed. Reported my disappointing experience to the manager on shift, I wasoffered 2 apple pies as make good, I declined. The person dressing burgers is a key customer touch point, this is the wrong spoton the team for a very new hire. Read more

Just had a great experience here at Harvey's uptown. It took a little longer than usual, but it was because they just put down... fresh patties. The manager felt bad, apologized, and upgraded my fries to poutine for free. The burger and poutine were 100%fresh and tasted great. Read more

The drive-thru service is slow at this location. Also, this location is confused on whether or not they give or take Scene... points. The Harvey's location downtown is much quicker and does give/take Scene points Read more

The meat tastes like cardboard but the staff are great and the concept of creating your own burger is great I just wish they... would use better quality hamburger. I Could buy this meat at Walmart in a box. Read more

Definitely the best value poutine I?ve seen in a long time. It was $7.99 for the poutine with all of the toppings you want.... Staff were also quite friendly. Read more

Awful experience! November 03/2018: visited this new Harvey?s location for the first time. Went straight to the bathroom to wash... hands and there was no warm water or paper towel. I used a bunch of toilet paper in the stall to dry my hands instead. Went toorder my food. From the time I ordered to when I had my food in my hand was about 10 mins. Then I went to go fill my cup up withpop and there were no cup lids or straws. Went to go sit down, burger was cold and onion rings were hard as rocks. Awful, Awful!I was so frustrated and upset that I just left. Got out to my car and phoned the establishment to speak to the manager. Got agirl on the phone with an awful attitude who said she was the assistant manager and man was she ever rude! She said to me: ?it?sup to the customer to figure out on their own which restrauants are considered ?green? restrauants and which ones aren?t.? Shealso accused me of not knowing how to read because apparently there?s a sign on the ceiling of the store indicating thatlocation doesn?t issue lids or straws for their drinks. I think I see now why this location sucks, bad & rude management. I?veput in a detailed complaint to head office about this female assistant manager who refused to give me her name. Read more
