Sept 2021 :Always Good experience, great food and the size of the meal are huge ! It's worth it. April 2022: The meal was good... but PLEASE stop drowning the salad in the dressing, it was really not eatable. The waitress was nice and service was fast. July2022: Still good and the Tuesday pasta are a very good deal. October 2022 : Pizza is always a good choice ! The new menu arecool but they need to work a lot of their Mac and Cheese who there is NO sauce. You will find a bunch of macaroni sparkled withcheese. It taste nothing and it's very fade. Nothing to do with the American Mac and Cheese. For the rest of our order, everymeal arrived one by one with a delay of 5-8 minutes between each of them. Even if the restaurant is full, it's stillunacceptable for me. Bathrooms sink was full of water everywhere, toilets smell humidity...a big lack of cleaning here. So, bigdisappointment this time. Great place to bring 5 adults, 6 kids and a newborn. Service was fast and friendly. Food was enjoyed by all.
I Came Here To Have A Bite To Eat. I Was Greated Nicely At The Door. I Had A Great Waitress Named Allison, Who Helped Me With... Questions About Food Selections, And She Kept Checking Up On Me. The Whole Experience Would Have Been Amazing, If Only The FoodWould Have Matched Up Also. I Got Nachos With Double Meat, And There Was Barely Any Chicken, The Beef Was Okay. Amazing place, I like the open air area and also the food was very good.
Arrived there at 6:30 pm with my wife and two sons. We were told it would be a 30 min wait and they would call us when a table... was ready (we were not allowed to wait in the restaurant due to covid). We waited in our car, and after 45 min my wife went into see how much longer it would be. They were not able to tell her how much longer the wait would be, but they assured us theywould call. It is now 7:45 pm and we are eating comfortably at a Swiss Chalet. The restaurant has still not called us for ourreservation. Read more
I will say that it has been a long time since I had been at a Boston Pizza. It was the favorite spot of my son when he was a... toddler (bugs and cheese and worms and dirt hahaha). The menu has changed a lot since then. I had the Honey Dill Chicken PowerBowl, while my wife had the Honey Dill Fried Chicken Sandwich. We both really enjoyed our meals. I thought the power bowl waspacked with flavour and a great healthy choice. The Honey Dill fried chicken was also great. The service was very good and wasasked about our meal by our waitress (who was awesome) and who I believe to be the manager. Decor and atmosphere was also quitegood. Thanks ???????????? Read more
We waited almost an hour for our food and when we arrived the place was pretty much empty. We watched 3 tables who came in after... us get their food while we continued to wait for our main meals. When we got up to leave after only getting a drink andappetizer, not once did the manager on duty or our waitress come over and address the problem or that we were leaving, theycouldn't be bothered. The waitress avoided all eye contact and anything to do with us as we were waiting to leave. They left itall up to the hostess to deal with. And they still charged us full price for the drink and appetizer. We won't be back. Read more
