I come here relatively often, Im not sure if its the inexperienced staff or if it's an A&W issue - today I asked for them to... substitute a vegetarian patty (1.99) instead of the beef patty that comes on the teen burger (on special for 3.99). Somehow thismore than doubled my bill. The woman insisted if I just added an extra patty the fee would be reduced (??). I do not understandwhy 2 patties (one which I didnt want) costs less thab one veggie burger. Read more

I went in ordered skip the dishes for pick up ate in the restaurant. When I picked it up . The guy refused to give me a refill... said I ordered skip hes not giving me a refill. Would'nt give it to me in the glass mug. I don't know why he wouldn't use hisdisrection to give me a refill with out arguing with a costumer. Nice little spot. Food is pretty good. It's on the pricy side for fast food. This location is right on the trail and has a bike... rack, which I appreciate. Makes it easy to bike over for a bite. Read more
Worst ever A&W I was there and waited in the line. Chinese looking cashier just went inside without serving us. And she was... behind cleaning an equipment. How rude to avoid a comoletely unknown person who is standing to do business. And no one took ourorder untill I ask them to take our order. Finally I ordered got my burger (as in the picture) so low in quality, not a pleasentpresentation. These kids who are working know nothing about customer service, food serving. The worst ever A&W restaurant I havebeen in these three years of my time here in Canada. I am not recommending this to anyone. Further, Restaurant is not tidy atall. Read more
I find this A&W shares a similarity with McDonald's on Main Street, and that similarly would be consistency. A&W is consistently... good and fast. Now for McDonald's the consistency is that it's bad and slow but still they share the consistency part. Read more
