Most amazing experience today (August 29th 2022), why?! Because my 5 Stars Review vas firstly posted 2 years ago, but today I... was just surprised by peoples in our neighborhood and the customer service of this Starbucks Drive-Thru that is located at theintersection of Canyon Rd and 176th St. They just made my day, I was just looking for a coffee and a sandwich and the driver ina Red Pickup Truck in front of me paid for me, that was a truly blessing, because I was looking for my wallet, and realized thatI left it home. The Starbucks Staff is always friendly and helpful, today I needed these blessings and smiles. I?m grateful foreverything and for everyone that is crossing my pathways. Ordered through the drive thru got 2 drinks (my usual drink, triple espresso and ice quad espresso) and they made my quad... espresso with dead espresso shots it was super biter, I go back for a new drink and it?s a chocolate cream cold brew and ittasted like water!!!!! My triple espresso had dead shots as well and they didn?t stir the syrup in as well just poor coffeequality I ever seen. Read more
This Starbucks is the best store I have been to by far. I love going in every morning and all the baristas greet each customer... as they come through the door. They are happy, very pleasant and are truly interested in your day. Sandra the manager is doingan amazing job with her team. Very upbeat staff which makes me smile every morning. In this era of COVID, I have found that customer service has died in most businesses. That is not the case here! The crew at... this Starbucks are the nicest and hardest working people I've met. They are super friendly, always greeting their customers assoon as they see them. Even when they're all running around like their hair is on fire they are pleasant and functioning like awell oiled machine! And I didn't write this review upon a visit or two - I've been going in here consistently as an UberEatsdriver for a few months and this wonderful service and positive attitude are just how they do things. Love it! The lunch sandwiches are amazing. Everyone is so nice and quick. Quality of the drinks are always spot on!
Typically this is a great store with great people. However, when you ask someone how their days is and then as the customer... starts to tell you something, you turn and walk away with your back to them...poor, awful, the worst customer service move ever! Read more
