This Wendy?s is by far the best one I?ve gone too. I try to not eat fast food a lot but on days where I?m out late and won?t... have time to cook I grab a burger here. And it doesn?t help it?s up the street from where I live so it makes it too easy to justgot there. They can have a long line on late nights but it?s not that bad. My daughter has a dairy allergy so she can?t havecheese. They get it right all the time. Staff is friendly and never had an issue. Read more
This is what I got versus what I ordered. I ordered a number 10 I think the spicy ranch club with bacon. I asked for no tomato.... When I got the sandwich I noticed it had one piece of bacon on it. No cheese. No lettuce. No ranch. Just one piece of bacon andthis piece of chicken that I?m not too sure was a whole piece of chicken or was a half a piece of chicken. But the chicken wascompletely thinned out. More breading then there was chicken. But I was definitely just trying to figure out where the otherpieces of the sandwich were like that she is the lettuce I know there should?ve been a few more pieces of bacon and the ranchsauce. I didn?t order a spicy chicken sandwich by itself with one piece of bacon. I tried reaching out to the restaurant atleast six times unfortunately no one is answering their phones. And I live over 20 minutes away. So I didn?t want to drive backfor no reason. This is completely ridiculous Wendy?s you really need to get better. Ensuring that you were actually reading theticket and just because someone says no tomato doesn?t mean that you take every piece of the sandwich away and technically evenin this case including the chicken!! Don?t get Ubereats or doordash here. Was supposed to be picking up for someone and they gave the order to a different driver,... which means it was the wrong one. Was a big one too. Disappointing for the customer. Read more
Terrible attitudes. I?ve worked in food service my whole life and I?m very polite and patient with service workers. But oh my... god they are so unnecessarily rude and happy to be rude. I don?t even leave reviews or complain, but these people are awful. Read more
I had very very bad experience today, I ordered two number 1 meals double and medium size When I opened the burgers it was meat... only no cheese no tomatoes no lectures and no onions. And the fries it was like from two days ago super dry unselted, I got myorder at lunch time supposed to be hot and fresh but it wasn?t can you imagine, I was already far away and I couldn?t return theorder. I called the manager at 7 pm she said I can?t help you and she hang up on me what a beautiful service, this is how theyrespect their customers, if there?s no customers it will be no jobs for them. Haven't eaten at a Wendy's in a decade but the grandkids wanted to... I knew it was bad when the bags had grease stains. The... burgers and chicken sandwich were child size, the fries were cool and soggy. I ordered a cheeseburger with lettuce and tomato,no bacon. I got bacon and no lettuce or tomato. Did the chocolate chip cookie save the meal? Not unless you like those greasytoo. Never again. Read more
