Each time I've stopped at this Wawa location, usually to purchase fuel and order something to eat, several of the employees are... extremely rude and unprofessional. Especially, the food preparation employees. They lack the most basic communication andcustomer service skills, which is an ever growing problem these days, unfortunately. And the management doesn't seem to care asthe problem persists. It's a convenient location along my daily commute; however, I've ceased stopping at this Wawa and havetaken my business elsewhere. I have stopped at this store so many times and have had to go inside to get my curbside order at least 7 out of 10 times. I... could excuse one or two mistakes like this but when it is so frequent it is a management problem. Wawa corporate needs to lookinto this atore management and make some changes. Read more
I absolutely love Wawa! Everything about it! Well except the new burger.. it's very salty and is not fresh. The bun is not... heated or toasted and the cheese is not melted. I had high hopes for this burger! Won't stop me from going there! Read more
Some employees very friendly others just ignore you. Convenient location.
Great that remodel has finally finished and things SHOULD be getting back to normal. Notice the should. But new policy is only... Regular and Decaf are to be brewed after 2000 and before 0500, no soup during same hours. I was told if I didn't like it to gosomewhere else and that was the store managers new policy. Maybe WAWA corporate needs to assign a new store manager and get ridof shift manager who worked overnight 3/15 - 3/16. New store, ugly attitudes and people. Read more
Don't order macaroni with bacon from the deli! Awful! Grease literally floating in the bottom of the bowl. The bacon wasn't all... the way cooked nor cut up into macaroni. The cheese was hard as a rock making it impossible to stir the food. I literally gaveup and put the top on to take home to the dog. But I don't even know if the dog will eat it.
