Reviews for VA Famous Teriyaki in Fredericksburg, VA
Can't attest to the food but I can tell you they close 20+ minutes before the time on here and the door says they do
The price it good but the food was very plain. I will not be ordering from there again

Didn't know this little place was here until I was scrolling through Google looking for chinese food near me. I've had Japanese... food one other time before this. The lady on the phone was really nice and she was nice in person too as well as friendly. Thefood was really good! Big portions so you really get your money worth. Got the triple teriyaki because I couldn't decide what Iwanted lol Also got a bento box along with some noodles. Everything was very fresh and yummy. Will be back! Read more
Great food and unbelievably fast service. When we order take-out the food is always ready when we get there. It's a little out... of our way but it's well worth the few extra miles. Read more
Nice little Teriyaki place. I got their Chicken Teiryaki bowl with white rice and an order of steamed shumai. Took about 10-15... minutes after ordering. Owners were nice and helpful. The teriyaki was good for the price, but I didn't realize how small theirshumai would be. It was still good though. I want to come back and try their bento's and yakisoba. Read more
Tried for the first time today because I'm tried of all the lousy Chinese restaurants around here and the pictures looked better... than the batter fried messes that I've gotten from other places. The place inside was clean, the owner was very nice andprofessional. When I got home, the dish smelled nice, the portion size of the noodles beneath the chicken and shrimp was huge.more than i could finish. I got the shrimp and chicken teriyaki over noodles and an order of spring rolls. the sauce was notyour typical teriyaki sauce that I'm used to, it but more subtle in taste, more like gravy but i enjoyed it never the less. theshrimp were kind of small and a little hard. the chicken was really good and cooked to perfection, and didn't have any of theissues with it that others had complained about as far as gristle, fat of tendons. it was overall very enjoyable and a nicedeparture from the disappointing Chinese food I've been experiencing lately. would recommend this place and will eat here again.is it really 5 stars, well maybe 4.5 but you have to consider the fact that there is no real competition around here and that itis very good for what it is. and i have no problem clicking on 5 so that will separate this from all the 4 star Chineserestaurants that suck. the spring rolls are typical of what you get around here, not home made or anything.
