Service is always good but the quality is a lucky draw. Two weeks ago I ordered a smoothie and it tasted like straight ice no... flavor....today I went and it was to die for!!!! Same smoothie both times by the way .... This is issue when it cost over 7.00for one. This why customers are mad, it's inconsistent quality with high prices! Only teens work there due I guess well no ac atone point, min wage pay, no benefits and manager on Duty... Also what other review said Is true...I guess they are orderingcheap supplements online to use vs what the company provides. This what Vdh says in Feb 2022: 350 The food establishment isadding unapproved food additives in smoothies for consumption by customers. Ingredients included in the Collagen Peptides,multivitamin and probiotic support powders and energizer and fat burner tablets are not included on the FDA Approved AdditivesStatus list. Informed the person in charge these products are not permitted to be used in beverage preparations. No soap in the bathroom. Drink was weird tasting. Wrong chips in our order. Steady stream of people in street clothes going... behind the counter touching stuff (I eventually realized they were there picking up pay checks). Just fell like a poorlymanaged group of kids, not the experience I usually have with Tropical Smoothie restaurants. Read more
Order the turkey bacon ranch sandwich. I've never had such a mangled sandwich before. It was so messy I could barely eat it, on... top of that there was only ranch and lettuce in it. Seemed like a 2 year old tried to make it, absolutely ridiculous. Nevergoing back. Read more
I love going to this chain. This particular one is small but nice and clean. With COVID-19 being a thing now, you can't eat... inside but the staff is fully masked and wear gloves. Can't say the same for the customers despite signage stating to wear one.At this location, the staff is friendly and repeats your order back to you for accuracy. Never a complaint at this location formyself or my children. I'll be back once I'm in town again. Read more
