There was plenty of seating (outdoor and indoor). Gets loud inside when busy. Parking lot small but parking on the road... available. Server was very knowledgeable about the menu. Several at the table enjoyed their dishes. I wasn't a huge fan of mine. Food overall good, variety good. Read more

We really enjoyed our visit to Tapa Rio. Located just a couple of blocks away from historic city center and nested by the river.... Great views of the meadow and riverside out in the patio. Great drinks and plenty of parking on site, in parking lot and freecity parking a block away. Food was great, delicious and inexpensive. A pretty chill place with a great patio. Read more
Nice little hidden restaurant in downtown Fredericksburg. Good food and friendly service. Ribeye dinner portion size was smaller... than expected but flavorful. Restaurant seating (indoor and out) provides a beautiful view of the Rappahannock River and Chathamhome across the river. Recommend giving this place a visit. Read more
Tapa Rio Had a great experience, Beautiful layout nice Scenery, very good service, food came fast n Hot, The menu was perfect... as in just enough to choose from, I ordered a few things, everyone recommended the Albondigas which were really Good, alsoordered Spiedini, Cavioletti, Croquettes, Datilles, I really enjoyed the Iron-Ribeye Scallops, Churro Donuts & Panna Cotta, Everything was Amazing. This place is Good at Presentation, everything was picture perfect as you can see in the photos, I willdefinitely be back again, and will recommend to family and friends.. I have no idea why this place is not more crowded!!! The patio is such a fun find with a glorious, quiet view especially if the... weather is nice. The wine is so reasonable!
