The absolute worst customer service I've ever encountered. The person helping us was rude (bordering on hostile) from the very... beginning, and then insinuated that we should be tipping her for making our sandwiches as sloppily as she could while glaring atus the entire time we were in the store. I'm still dumbfounded, as it felt like she was angry at us for having the nerve toplace an order to begin with, despite the fact that there were no other customers in the entire store. My wife and I have bothworked in the customer service industry. We have always made a point to be patient and polite, as we understand how hard thatjob can be. But the behavior of this individual was unprovoked and unnecessary. Do yourself a favor and avoid this Subwayentirely. Read more
I only gave 3 stars because of Andy. Andy goes above and beyond. His customer service skills are awesome. I was going here... regularly for lunch. I stopped recently because one Tuesday morning, I went in and asked the women behind the counter aboutAndy. Just trying to make conversation. She was extremely rude and it wasn't just that day. So rude!!! Every time I order from this subway and get it delivered I receive the wrong order, I decided to call this time, and... the person I talked to was extremely rude. The employees here didn't seem to care about how well they do their jobs at all. Both mine and my girlfriend's sandwiches were... thrown together. Mine was supposed to be toasted and the lady serving us got tired of waiting and took it out of the toasterafter 5 seconds. They cared so little they didn't even want to wrap the sandwich right.
