I ordered a sub with no mayo, they put mayo on it. So I tried to get it replaced, they refused. Then they wouldn't even refund... me the full amount. The staff is very unprofessional! Edit: Edit to the reply, you are an absolute liar. I came back with thesandwich with only one bite missing. Asked for it to be remade she refused and kept the sandwich. So I came back with my receiptand asked for a refund. I work down the street and came here almost every weekend now me and all my co workers will not becoming here. I didn't get a full refund only 10 bucks for a almost 12 dollar sandwich. Then you come here and lie about whathappened? You are terrible at running a restaurant. Read more
The cookies were Good but I had to asked her to wash her hands and use gloves before getting my cookies. She caught an attitude.... I called the owner who?s number was displayed. He asked me to go back in the store gave me additional cookies and spoke to themanager. I appreciated him wanting to make it right! Read more
