I've been to this particular location a few times; I like to give people the benefit of the doubt that they're just having an... off day- I don't expect sunshine and rainbows from everyone I meet but consistently I've been given service as if I was an"inconvenience". Having to repeat myself multiple times and not having basic questions such as "what meat choices do you have?"Answered with little more than pointing and "these". I understand, but when the next customer is treated completely differentthe issue becomes clear. I won't be coming back here, it's a shame considering it's relatively close by. Read more

I didn't have any major problems during my visit. Their banana peppers were of low quality.

The food was fresh, but they didn't have the pickled peppers. They rejected my Subway points card. They said there was a new... points system with new card, but couldn't tell me ANYTHING about it. I ordered and paid for tea. Then come to find out therewasn't any. I don't like tea and lemon aide mixed, especially the Fuze that has tons of caffeine and high fructose corn syrup.The girls behind the counter acted like I was unreasonable. I didn't want her to make tea. It wouldn't be ready by the time Ileft nor would it be cold. Read more

I frequent this subway often; at least 2x a week. I literally get the same thing every single time. With that being said it is... very easy for me to know whether my sandwich and service is on point. 90% of the time The customer service and food is on point.All of the veteran female employees are phenomenal.. they know what I want before I even say a word. However the owner reallyneeds to focus his time on the newer employees that he brings onto his team. The only male other than the owner lacks incustomer service and doesn't seem to care about the customers or their needs... I dread when I realize he will be the one makingMy sandwich and tonight... I had a brand new girl assist me that I have never seen before. I order the bacon egg and cheeseflatbread EVERY visit. This time the girl split my egg. I said they don't split the egg and she asked me "on a 6 inch?"... wherewere the veteran employees to assist? It's one WHOLE EGG... if it's a footlong it's 2 full eggs. I asked her how long she hadbeen working there and she responded that she started last week. Once again I love all of the veteran employees because they arefriendly and know how to do their job but the new hires need more attention and to be trained correctly. Read more

Store closes at 9, got to store at 8:30 and the employees were cleaning up and has packed up everything and I was told that they... didn't have any bread and they were getting ready to close.....very disappointed in the customer service at this location,wouldn't recommend to anyone Read more

They are always stocked on their products. (Cookies, soup, chips, etc.) The employees are nice and happy. They make you feel... important with each visit. Read more
