The shakes are good but the people were arm wrestling the I asked for two shows that the lady gave me an attitude
Slow service. When I was ordering I kept getting cut off and being asked ?anything else? after every food item, it was a large... order for 5 people. Burgers were correct but cold, chicken strips were very hard and seamed old. Frys were cold but our totswere nice and fresh. We asked for sauces and none were put in the bags. Brie is the worst employee ever. She was so rude and did not give me my food that I asked for when she said she was bringing it.... I understand it wasn?t on the menu but she said she would could do it and then I saw her jumping from car to car just ignoringme. Fire her! Read more
First time at this sonic. Tables were clean, food was fast, and our man Elijah hooked us up on the ranch. Promote this man right... now. 10/10 would come back for Elijah alone. Read more
omgosh. my hotdog was cold, my UNsweet order of tea was super sweet. my fries were cold. no straws for two drinks. I don't go to... sonic. Bad experience like this in Phoenix 15 yrs ago. Same now. I'll never go back. Read more
You guys I never leave bad reviews but twice now I have been to Sonic to treat my kids to ice cream. Both times required a... manager after waiting 25 minutes. The first time we went it never even showed our order on the screen and I kept telling thepeople it wasn't there. The manager finally came out. It was a young gentleman probably 17 or 18 that was like yeah sorry whatdo you want..... Tonight I ordered 2 shakes and mozzarella sticks and the new fried pickles. It showed on the screen that anemployee was on the way with my food. I waited and waited and waited and nothing. I hit the button and they said sorry they wereunderstaffed. I then watch a gentleman come up and walk into Sonic and start screaming. I was like kids I bet that's our order. They set it on the counter and made him leave. A guy came out and talked to him and the other customer was clearly frustrated.I waited again and a new order popped up on my screen. I hit the button and asked for a manager. We waited another 5 or 6minutes then watched the manager grab the food off the counter the other man brought back and bring it to us. Read more

Food is so so stopped to pickup a quick lunch and didnt want to spend alot so I got a quarter pound dbl cheeseburger and a corn... dog. The burger tasted like it had just been over microwaved and the corn dog had tough breading. The drive thru had 3 cars inline ahead of me and it took 15 minutes to get my food. I think microwaves witk quicker the that! Just seems like quality hasgone to the wayside nowadays. Read more
