Not busy at all.... Monday night. 630p. Service was terrible. Had to ask for ketchup three times before we got it. My party did... not even get our orders delivered together. (Party of 5) Not counting us, there was maybe 5 other ppl in the entire restaurant.Food was nothing to brag about. For a $12 steak and cheese I did not expect much, but for sure had more lettuce on it thananything else. Read more
Highly disappointed that there was hair on my pizza after a long days of work! I called to see if they would refund or offer... another pizza.. I was told I needed to bring the whole pizza back. Well my family had eaten majority of the pizza before Idiscovered the hair in my food. The shortest way to put it is they didn?t offer any other options very poor customer service butI guess many more will continue to buy there pizza in which customer service doesn?t matter. I just called this restaurant for a delivery. Now since I call from a hotel. I have to pay with a credit card. Why is that? I am... so not happy. I don't use my credit card over the phone or for any deleveries. Reason I don't because I have had my credit cardused for stuff that I didn't purchase. So now my son is upset because he loves sam's pizza. But that is ok.. I will never orderfrom them again. Read more
My family and I have been eating from Sam?s(this location in particular) for 20yrs. We have never had any problems till here... recently. The past 3x we have ordered we asked that they don?t burn the cheese(they would always fill our request) and they dojust that and tell us it?s not burned and even looked in the computer to see it?s how we always ordered it but failed to do itas we requested. Our last straw was bringing a pizza back that had hair made in the pizza and the cheese pizza was dark brown?burnt?..and because 2 slices were missing they refused to give us a new whole pizza. I didn?t want my 20 bucks I just simplywanted fresh pizza made how we asked. I decided to get the 10 back because that?s all the manager said he will refund. I didn?tput up a fight or argument because it wasn?t worth it but I do know good things don?t come out of treating genuine and loyalpeople wrong! * What?s really sad is that the other employees even agreed that the cheese was pretty burnt but instead ofstanding up to their boss they just kept apologizing. I have had the pizza before and have no complaints. Today I ordered a chef salad for lunch (plenty of meat) and ended up... picking through it to remove all of the old, wilted, brown lettuce and mushy cucumbers - and there was quite a bit. Woulddefinitely recommend sticking to pizza or pasta. Read more
I ordered 2 Pizzas. One regular large specialty and the other one,1 topping extra sauce and extra cheese. Sadly did not get the... extra toppings and instead got a pizza with virtually no sauce on it. They must've sized down in the past 3-5 years as the largeis the size of a dominos medium. Couldn't be more disappointed. I haven't had Sam's in many years. If ordering I suggestanother location. PS they said it would take 50 minutes to an hour and a half. Got here in 28 minutes. I loved the tuscan style and pictures decorating the walls. Very clean and open ambient. Service was on time. The food was... excellent, fresh salad, ok size gyro (of course, nothing like, from Greece). Steak and cheese and fettuccine Alfredo with shimpdelicious. Nice big pizza for the kids. The service was great. Polite and fast, but not bugging us all the time. We'll be backdefinitely. Read more
I got the original calzone with everything in it and it was DELISH! It was hot and perfectly made. My lunch date ate a burger... sub and enjoyed it. The ambiance was so nice and classy and clean, and our server was so nice! would definitely go back. Fuegoapproved Read more
