Don?t get me wrong the food is good but it?s always cold when we go ???? Excellent service otherwise!

***First time ever eating at Qdoba***Ordered for curbside pickup, pulled up and called when I arrived. Gave them my name to let... them know I arrived. The girl was rude on the phone. Waited 30-35 minutes on my order to be brought out. Finally went in to seewhat was taking so long just for the staff and manager to tell me my order was never received at the restaurant. Had to orderlike I would for carry out which defeats the convenience of curbside pickup. Also dealt with attitude from the staff and thegirls proceeded to talk s*** about me in Spanish while making my order. Sucks because the food was good, customer service wasterrible. The food was good. We went there 1 hour before closing and almost all of the tables were leaned over and the chairs were... stacked. Soon they came out and started to mop the floor, so obviously the order would be to go, yes there was 2 tables forcustomers to sit. The counter employees seemed as though we were interrupting their prep to close. If I go back it willcertainly not be within an hour of closing. 2nd chance. The food is still good, however, the family went last evening around8:30 p.m. the posted hours were until 10:00 p.m. All of the chairs in the dining room were stacked in 2 stacks, which thecustomers had to walk past to get to the line. There were no customers in the dining room, which is no surprise since itappeared as though they were getting ready to close. The food on the line was already "pre closed" they had all of the panslined with plastic bags to keep the pans clean. This time we chose to eat in the dining room. The cashier came out with a mopand mopped the floor while we were sitting there eating. There was also another couple eating in the dining room. The workermopped the floor up to and surrounding our table! We were finished eating by 9:00 p.m. which was still 1 hour prior to theposted closing time. It is no wonder this place is not that busy at night, it certainly is not a welcoming place to eat! Strike 2! Read more

The only good thing about going to this location was the music playing in the background. Extremely poor customer service, meal... portion were not reasonable at all, I asked for a chicken bowl which looks and tasted more like a lettuce bowl. It was my firsttime going to this location and ended up very disappointed! I am not mad about the food chain because I always have a pleaseexperience in one at Falls Church and love everything about it. Will just say this need serious improvement. Read more

Very good chicken bowl. Nice selection of toppings similar to Chipotle. I prefer the rice at Chipotle and the price is lower... there. HOWEVER, here they don't charge extra for guacamole (up to 2 scoops). I never get guacamole at Chipotle -- probablybecause I knew they would charge me. Ha. Anyway it's a lofty meal at a good price. My son and I both love Qdoba. We come to this location often. The food and service is always top notch. The restaurant is also... always clean. I highly recommend their nachos and tacos. The queso is the best around! Read more
