Extremely unpleasant person who prepared my sub to go messed up and once I called to explain, I was told to come back when I was... already out 20 min so asked for refund and was told refund couldn?t be processed over the phone and I had to walk in. I droveback 20 min to find this sign. Also, store prepared online orders and left inside locked store. I saw another frustratedcustomer who was there to pickup online order which was there but the door was locked. Very bad customer service and foodquality was okay. Read more
So, this is my second time eating at potbelly. both times the food was great but ... the portions are small. I got the veggie,... truth be told, i prefer wawa's veggie, both in price and volume. staff was great. location was super clean. ingredientsseemed to be quality. Read more
My experience today wasn?t the best. I didn?t get everyone?s names but I made my purchase at 1:19pm on 05/11/2022, so whoever... was working that shift. Everyone was rude except for Jackie. She was so kind and had great energy. The two girls who made mysandwich were VERY RUDE. They didn?t even look up to say hello or how are you. when they finally spoke, they talked to us as ifwe upset them. full blown attitudes. The girl on the end with the bread, my friend asked her what else comes with the Grilledchicken & Cheddar sandwich, as it was her first time ordering food from potbelly. The employee looked in annoyance, grabbed apiece of grilled chicken and a small piece of cheddar cheese and showed it to us. The professional response would have been?Just the grilled chicken & cheddar. However, you can customize it more to your liking further down.? The girl who puts toppingson the sandwiches, literally said ?HERE? when abruptly giving it to me. No smiles, no have a good day, no you?re welcome afterwe said thank you? and to top it she didn?t wrap the sandwiches well.. the sandwiches were literally coming out the wrap in thebag. Placed an order online today for curbside pickup at 3pm. I turned on my hazards when I arrived let them know that I was parked ... using the app. waited 10 minutes and no one came out so I went into the store. Behind the counter were two guys standingaround and talking to each other. I asked if they had my order (a bag was sitting right in front of him) he looked around andthen noticed the in front of him and handed it to me. I uploaded the receipt and my order to show that it was curbside pickupthat I requested and I had requested ranch dressing. As you can see from my pics that they included balsamic vinegar with thesalad. Usually I can look past errors but this was not a good experience at all. I had also included a tip when I placed theorder online- my mistake to include a tip before receiving service. I will not go to this store again.I had to give 1 star topost this review but if I would?ve given them no stars if that was possible. Read more
The food was delicious, and accurate. The only complaint I would have would be that they took the trash out the front door for... all the customers to see. The trash bag actually hit my chair on the way out since it's so tight in there. I hope they have aback door and will access that going forward. Read more
I used to be so stuck on other sandwich?s shops that I just by pass this place. But after last night... I think this will become... my daily stop! Food was delicious! I love how I can pair a sandwich with a salad as well. Read more
Sandwich is ok but I?ve had better. (More provolone please). Service was great. Chocolate shakes are bomb
