I?m giving it one star because i have too. I always try to give this place a chance the employees are rude. They just stare at... you as you?re waiting for someone to take your order. They never ever get our order right. They rung me up for the wrong thing.Then rung me up for a 6pc beignet then only give me four!!! Please make it make sense ! I call to speak with someone at thestore and they don?t pick up. So I?ll be going in tomorrow and letting them know i didn?t not get what i paid for. Read more
This place has good customer service and fresh food and clean
No complaints on the food, but mostly of the young ladies up front. To get them to acknowledge you is painful... even I'll be... right with you would suffice.. but how dare I with such expectation. And if they forget something in your order, which theydid, BOY! how dare I question and ask for the missing items! And then, on top of it I had the audacity to be bilingual andactually comprehend the verbal assassination they did of my person only to further offend them by addressing them in Spanish andleaving them speechless. But I thanked them and once they provided me the full order I casually walked back to my vehicle whereI unleashed a verbal assault within my empty car. Needless to say, my husband will need to detox if their spicy chicken becauseI do not intend to return. Read more

Thanks to manager for the great service! There were running out of items on july 4th which is totally undetstandable. So we... decided to cancel our order and make sure the refund process is fully processed. When we walk into store for confirmation, themanager said he will prepare the items we have ordered which it will be ready in 3 min. I felt really bad but i wanted to saythank you on the google Review for the great customer service. Read more
Repetitively I've been to this place, and they do not have chicken, or they only have one variety like spicy or mild and then... communicate it will be 15 to 20 minutes. If you're going to operate a drive-thru, you would expect there to be chickenavailable at it when that is your main product. They have also frequently got orders wrong even pretty straightforward off themenu things. This was at 6pm, so it's not like it's late or out of normal windows of time. Read more

This is TODAY'S rating ONLY. I ordered the Classic Blackened chicken sandwich, with light mayo ONLY. First, the young lady... started to hand me a drink.I said, " Oh, I didn't order a drink." I tried to say my order again, but she walked away with mydebt card before I could. Then she came back to the window and said, "you had a Blackened chicken sandwich?" I said yes and....but she cut me off and gave me the total. Then gave me my debit card and receipt. A moment later, she gave me the sandwich. And I drove off. I was in a hurry and didn't check it. And of course, it was wrong. It has spicy mayo on it. I love spicyfood, but I am not allowed to eat it. I tried to wipe it off, but it's so salty that it's just not edible. Read more
