Great quality pizza. Had a 5 topping large with stuffed crust. Tasted great and service was very nice
I am extremely disappointed with my order, i ordered larges and they sent glorified mediums. I don't know if they've downsized... their pizzas or just wanna scalp their customers as much as possible, but I'm not doing business with this "establishment"again. Read more
Called ahead to make sure the dining room was open at 830pm, the lady said yes we dont close until 10pm. I them asked so if we... come in at 930 theres no problem? She confirmed. When we got there the server was dumbfounded that we wanted a seat in thedining room. She said, you can come order it at the register and sit over there and I will bring it to you. That's just what shedid. So Keep in mind, they close the dining room after 9pm basically when they feel like it. The server was decent, she broughtus food in to go boxes and refilled our drinks. But no plate or fork or anything. We tore a breadstick box in half and ate offit. The food was hot and fresh. That's the first time we have eat at pizza hut in years too. Read more
This is the worst pizza hut ever to go to both of the managers are very rude and don't train they're waitress correctly. I... ordered the $6.99 deal for two medium pizzas and the manager comes back 20 minutes later and tells me I'm sorry it's online sothen we go online and there's nowhere to be found so text me the lady lied to us the manager lie to us didn't even try todistribute or make a bill go lower anything very poor management but their server she was very respectful and very nice shedeserve a raise it was not her fault that her so-called managers and her store manager did not train her properly to let herknow what deals are in store and what deals are online I repeat do not go here if you want to be disrespected and not get theorder that you want. Food is always a solid 8/10 at worst and usually a 9.5/10. I have ordered around closing more than I would like to admit but... have always had good food regardless. No rushed pizzas here. Always a deal that fits my needs. The toppings are plentiful, greattasting, and compliment the rest of the pizza. Sometimes the dough is a little flat but always taste good. Read more
I bought a personal pan pizza, that had 4 slices of pepperoni, a few pieces of onion and green peppers. You had to look hard for... the sausage. The sad part is the cost of 12 chicken wings $21.00, this is ridiculous!! Read more
After seeing the spicy lovers pizza I thought I have to try that. Granted I haven't had pizza hut since it was by the mall,... ordered online with a 2pm pick up. Had some extra time so i decided to swing by and see if they could start my order a bitearly, arrived at their location at 1:20. when i inquired about my order the young lady at the counter looked over the computerand then stated that i must have ordered it from another pizza hut. i think to myself, ill just cancel that order andreconstruct it here, to my surprise, the total is about 15 dollars more for ordering in person (comon now ... how silly is that)so i frantically begin looking over my order (on my cell) and called the locations phone number, strangely the phone infront ofme rang, this was about 1:35. the employee at the front just looked at the phone and proceeded to continue what she was doing. i waited patiently for the employee, who was working with what seemed to be the assistant manager with a customer who was havingher own issue with store. around 1:40, still waiting, i see that my name is on the digital display for my order for 2pm. wheni finally got the ladies attention, and pointed to the screen, she just said "oh". So i walk across the parking lot, knowing imnot going to be able to expedite my order, but seeing as its only 15 minutes away, i go and grab some beer from the gas stationand put it in my trunk. at 2pm i go back into the store. i wait patiently, the front counter lady is getting the 'party room'ready for guests who are arriving. finally at 2:15 i walk up and ask about my order. a lady with a baseball cap, who seems tobe the person in charge, goes to the back and then goes to the warming box and pulls my order out; i have no idea how long itsbeen in there. I open the boxes up and one of my pizza's do not have the correct ingredients. You call the local number and it forwards you to the call center. Once you reach the call center you are informed that this... location does not allow them to place order, you have to keep calling back untill someone at the actual pizza hut answers.. didthis calling back a million times over 30 min. To only each time get the nasties call center employee, get hung up on whentrying to talk, replied to " yea.. I herd you and what?" From the 1 employee at the call center.. once I made it to therestaurant there were maybe 2 car in the parking lot, no on dining it at all... But phone steady ringing off the hook and not asingle employee in the building made and effort to answer.. at times an employee standing right over the phone and never flenchto answer it... This place should be shut down or new owners and employee running this place.. or get the call center that youdon't allow to help your orders anyways out of the way and see that no one orders bc no one answers.
