This was one of the worst experience with pizza. Normally Pizza Hut is my favorite but most likely not any more. The pizza... was 60 minutes late and it came warm like the type of pizza you find stale in a cheap buffet. I waited 70 minutes to get thePizza that was promised for 35 minutes. I called the store number and was told I will be transferred to the store and after 8minutes of hold I was hung up on. I called again and I was told to call the 800 since they do not know what is going on withthe store. I am just wondering, who am I calling since I am using the store phone number on google..?? The pizza came lateand I paid for extra cheese and did not see any extra or even normal amount of cheese. Really I am not sure I am going to usethis franchise again. I really hate to leave a negative review but my complaint seem to be a common complaint if you look atthe previous comments and all I am trying to do is bring some attention to a fixable issue. Pizza Hut quality of food is not the same. We ordered a large pepperoni pizza and cheese sticks. Simple order.. The pizza was... so dry that my two year old was crying trying to eat it. It barely had any cheese and sauce. The cheesesticks were okay but waslacking cheese. Customer service is terrible as it took multiple attempts to even get our order. After being made a 2nd time bcthey had given 1st order to another customer, they then gave our 'new' order to another customer who had to return it and theytried to give us that returned order. Dont Covid Us! So they gave us another order. Pizza did not taste fresh at all. Verydisappointing. Read more

There is only one pizza I have ever ordered which was worse than this, and that was about two weeks from Dominos. Tonight, I... ordered ONE large hand tossed pizza with Italian sausage and pepperoni. It cost $28 after delivery fee and tip. Pros: Thedelivery driver. She was a young woman, nice smile and was really pleasant. I hope she finds a job that has a better productto deliver. Cons: Overcooked Only 9 pieces of pepperoni Extraordinary high cost Hardly any cheese Sauce (what there was of it)too sweet Italian sausage-tasted like from frozen pizza When I go to a really good mom and pop pizza restaurant and order alarge pizza the cheese stretches and is stringy when you take a bite. It tastes fresh. When I took a bite of Pizza Hut Icouldn't taste the cheese. It's like going to McDonald's for a quarter pounder. You taste a conglomerate of stuff but not theindividual flavors. When you go to a pizza restaurant you can taste the sauce, absolutely the cheese bc there's plenty, and ofcourse the toppings. Oh btw, the only decent thing I can say about Dominos in comparison is that I ordered the same pizza lastweek and Dominos large hand tossed pepperoni and sausage pizza had 28 slices of pepperoni, compared to 9 on Pizza Hut. I'vebeen doing my own taste testing bc the last time I had Pizza Hut and Dominos was when my kids were young. Now they're alladults. Pizza Hut used to be SO much better than this!! The manager fixed a Reward that didn't get applied correctly before and emtered it herself. The Pizzas were perfectly cooked;... just like they were years ago, before they tried to make it quicker but the dough wouldn't be entirely cooked. We willdefinitely return to this location Read more
