Wanted some quick food without having to get out of the car. Unfortunately this wasn?t it. When I asked which patty the guy... working liked better he said he hadn?t tried either. Should have been a sign. Glad we gave it a try because we love some of thelocal Caribbean food in the area but other than convenience this place misses the mark big time.\n\nPros: Convenience, fairpricing, something other than fast food.\nCons: Limited inventory, most of the menu wasn?t available, food doesn?t appear madeto order or very fresh (soggy patties). So excited to see a new food option in the area. Doubly excited as it was Caribbean offerings. Unfortunately, it was not a... good experience. Many items we asked for were not available. So much so, the server thought it important to let us know whatthey did have available. We ordered patties and smoothies. The smoothies were very good. The patties did not have the nicefirm flaky crust. In fact, they were very soft in texture. We also ordered dessert, which I am not able to review as it wasnot given to us as ordered and paid for. In fact, we specifically asked if the dessert was in the bag to which the serverresponded that it was. Not a great experience. I ordered through their website for pickup which directed me to toast tab. I ordered Jerk Chicken w/... coco bread, a mild beef patty, and a kiwi aloe. At 1:30 in the afternoon they did not have any of their entrees, including thejerk chicken. Now, neither their menu nor toast tab says that items are only available at certain times. Nobody said that theentrees are only available at dinner, but I suspect that might be the case. Regardless, the app allowed me to order. Theattendant at the window was very sweet and tried, but did not know how to process a refund and he was by himself. I waited for awhile as he was on the phone with customer service for toast tab, but then eventually he offered me multiple patties tocompensate. That\'s when I also found out they didn\'t have the mild patty that I ordered, they didn\'t have the chicken patty,so instead I had to get spicy beef and I got one spinach. For the price that I paid, I did not expect to walk away with only oneof the three items that I ordered, and a bunch of patties that I can obtain at a grocery store. I\'m traveling in the area, andI understand that they\'re new, but having an accurate ordering system in place, fully stocked menu items (one or two is onething, but not over half your menu), and proper training for employees to do something as simple as a refund is so important.Disappointing.\n*Edited in response: Sir, You were on the phone with your employee the whole time I was there this afternoon.
