We stopped by Legends Grille for an early dinner. We were seated promptly and our server took our drink orders. I had the bacon... cheese burger and my date had the fish sandwich. Great wings! I ask for them crispy with the garlic sauce. Fries are awesome and hand cut. Loaded are great and the ranch is... good! The corn dogs are always fresh hot but I have sent them back because they were burnt and the kids wouldn't eat them. Read more
Sorry, I was so hungry and the wings were so good that I forgot to take a picture until it was too late. I don't know if it is... evident from the pictures, not sure if I was able to capture the scale, but these are the largest chicken wings I have ever hadat a restaurant. they were so good, cooked right, had some kind of sweet bourbon glaze sauce on the side with blue cheesedipping sauce as well. it seems like a local's kind of bar and I would guess there are a lot of regulars based on the casual,laidback atmosphere. it is definitely worth trying for the wings alone. they are twice the size of the place up the street andabout the same price so this is now my 'go to' for wings. ******UPDATE****** stopped in for more wings, this is the place toget them with the chipotle bourbon sauce on the side and blue cheese. This was a dinner win. Good menu, good service good food, fair prices. I didn't exactly get what I ordered but it was just what... I needed so no harm, no foul. Our server was pretty laid back, good dude. I wondered why he didn't ask how everything was butagain, no foul. Fun atmosphere with multiple tvs set to different sports. Seated promptly. Server arrived quickly. We were attracted by sign... draft beer half price at happy hour. Great. Server seemed new. When my wife asked about draft beers server said list was toolong and just showed her a hand printed list on back of her order pad. I had to squint to read list. Wife ordered shock top. Igot Stella. Later when we got bill my wife called server over to ask why draft prices were not half off. She had to go check.Upon returning she said half price applied only to domestic beer. Wish she had explained that up front. Wife ordered burger andspecialty told her she wanted it plain. It came with bacon and covered with cheese - neither of which she could eat. She sent itback but a new plate did not arrive until I finished my meal. They did make her a fresh burger instead of just scraping stuffoff. Fries were nice and hot. I got the angus 6 oz sirloin with mashed potatoes. Tasty but meat was tough and more medium thanmedium rare as I ordered. Overall so-so experience. Might try again since we always stay at nearby hotel and restaurant isclose. Read more
Michelle, our waitress, made us feel like we were regulars, and this was our first time there! Food was excellent!
We have eaten here before and generally received decent service, but this experience was horrible. Waitress comes to our table... to get drink order and we also placed an order for an appetizer. After about 10 minutes she comes back with one drink, and thenstates ?she forgot to ask what the other drink was?. Which she didn?t, but whatever no big deal. She goes and grabs the otherdrink. After bringing second drink, she takes our order, where we order the $6.99 cheeseburgers. One well done three cheese, andanother medium well, both plain. After our burgers come out, we ask about our appetizer to which she replies, ? I forgot to putit in, do you still want it?, we reply yes. At this point, we are a little frustrated, because she wasn?t writing down our orderat all. Then, my partner sees that his cheeseburger is not plain. Again, not the biggest deal. After about 15 minutes of waitingfor our waitress to come out of the kitchen, he tells her he asked for it plain, and would like a new one, to which she replies? oh, I can just bring you a new bottom bun.? He agrees because he just wanted to eat at this point. Once he gets the new bun,he cuts the burger in half to find that it is rare, at most. After waiting another 10 minutes for our waitress to come back, Iend up being able to ask another (very kind) waitress if she minds making us another one, because that was just unacceptable.After that, our waitress comes to our table, sees his plate is gone, and asks, ? what was wrong this time?? Which I thought wasextremely rude, considering she was who didn?t write our order down and that?s why it was wrong. At this point, I am extremelyangry. The new burger comes out, and we order a S?mores Brownie, which comes out like 30 seconds after we order, with unmeltedmarshmallows. At this point, we are just done, eat it, and ask for our bill. We get the bill, and are charged for EVERYTHING,including the appetizer that we didn?t get until after our meal. We just paid and left. Read more
