We visiting this place inside (not through drive-thru) due to having three kids and not wanting to back it up having the kids... pick out their donuts. The host, Ariana, was wonderful, patient, and very nice as we ordered the donuts. We can't say enoughnice things about her! A+ The young man that checked us out however not so much. Seemed "bothered" the entire transaction andGod forbid, we asked for a receipt. If he didn't fully roll his eyes at this simple request, he certainly make it known that itwas bothersome to ask for it. He won't ruin our overall experience and we will be back but I believe he may need to go backthrough customer service training and change his attitude. Read more

This place is hit or miss. My kids and I have driven 30 mins to go to this Krispy Kreme 5 times this past year. Every single... time the store was closed and only the drive thru was open. Last week even the drive thru was open. I've called many timesbefore driving there and no one ever answers the phone. I think we're basically done at this point, which is sad because wereally loved going here. I'm just not gonna waste my time driving there over and over to find them closed.
