Absolutely outrageous!, they gave me biscuit that looked like it had been stepped on
Pulled up at 10/06/2022 8:30pm. The lady at the window said ?Welcome to KFC, we don?t have any Popeyes, Chicken, Biscuits, or... sides, and I?m about to close up.? Confused we asked ?you don?t have any chicken?? Writing this review because chicken is theone thing you are suppose to have at Kentucky Fried Chicken. I bought a bucket family meal yesterday and was given the original recipe for all the chicken. We hate original. I asked for... extra crispy. Then today, I ordeted a 2 peice extra crispy and checked it in the parking lot. It was original formula againwhich I hate the taste of and didnt order! I went back and told them. It took forever but they came back with a new meal. Iparked once again in the parking lot to check it. The wing was okay but the breast was full of original recipe batter! Notcrisply. Both were very greasy and batter falling off the chicken. Earlier this week I had a great extra crispy meal. Whathappened? I won't go back. I am sure the guy picks off the batter best he can and rebatters with the crispy batter so you haveboth on it and chicken is darker fried since it was fried twice and why its so greasy and batter falling off completely. Notgoing back. Its a shame. I thought I found a good alternative to popeyes. They will probably go out of business if all theseinconsistencies and mix ups dont get corrected! Read more
Do not expect even decent customer service here. Every time I go here it's awful. I'm done going to this KFC they are the... rudest non caring people ever. Terrible customer service. Waited 30 minutes for 2 chicken sandwiches and the Manager said it was going to be 8 minutes then... gave us our money back and said sorry we gave it to someone else. No compensation just real rude. I call corporate on them. Read more
Never gets the order right, the people are lazy and just say no more chicken an hour before they close when really it's you... didn't make enough and to lazy to make more. This place used to serve some really good chicken, but it definitely doesn't any more. The chicken became tough and gristly. ... You also have to wait a long time before you're order is taken, not because of long lines, but because the staff is lazy. Thereare just too many problems with the staff. If you want chicken, go up the road to Royal Farms. Read more
Usually, just do drive thru. Enjoy the consistency of the recipe &items...its comforting.
