Never again... There's a reason this company is going downhill... Smh, came to get food only Large Fries and Tenders. Fries were... stale like they've been sitting and tenders tasted horrible. Only two people working and they stood outside talking while I wasat drive thru. Read more

Wasn't real impressed. Staff was helpful and friendly but food was lacking even for fast food. I got a Frisco burger that was... way under cooked, bread was barely toasted, fries were "meh". I have to say fast food a has really gone down hill across theboard, but this was below par enough for me to actually rate. Read more
Ugh, asked for unsweetened tea, got sweet tea, part of our drive thru order was missing, couldn't go inside to retrieve missing... food, had to wait in the drive thru line again. Burgers were dry and gross. Im from the west and Carl's jR slogan is if itdoesn't get all over the place it doesn't belong in your face. These burgers had zero sauce and I will not be back. Read more

The restaurant itself was rather dirty. The service was slow. We were the only ones in line and still waited about 4 minutes... before being addressed by the staff. Food and used paper products were swept into corners rather than being cleaned up. They didget our order correct, though, so that's a point in their favor. Read more
We had the absolute nicest man take our order at the drive through Dec. 27th in the morning. So nice to have the store open... since Bojangles was closed until 11am. Breakfast was super hot but the best of all was the friendly man that greeted us and wasvery courteous. Read more
