At first I thought I would go to Cracker Barrel for their veggie platter, but decided to give this place a try. BIG Mistake! The... food has no taste; it is totally bland. The salad veggies tasted old. The iced tea tasted like water. If you think this food isgood, you need to go out more. I got sick while coming home and have been throwing up all afternoon. I had spoken to Rosi by telephone on Thursday November 17th to give theManager that would be on Duty Saturday November 19th a heads up that we were coming and how many to prepare for! When wearrived? we walked off the Bus & we were greeted by a friendly staff member that took a group photo for us. We walked straightin and were seated at the room set up for us! I came in around 5pm and was seated pretty quickly. Our server came over and took our drink orders in a decent amount of time... also. Now the the reason this is a 3 star is because the food wasn't amazing but it also wasn't terrible either. Find what youlike and eat that. Went to eat lunch there which we did quite often. Have always enjoyed the food and the price is very reasonable for seniors. ... While sitting at our booth we had 4 roaches crawl out of the back of the booth and crawl along the back. We didn't stay tofinish our meal. Trust me I know its hard to keep the roaches way because as clean as a restaurant can be they will still havethem come in the boxes from the supplier, but having them in the seats out in the public area is more than I can handle. Wewon't be going back!!! Further note I did bring it to the attention of the manager who apologized and didn't charge us for thefood, Upper management needs to do some deep cleaning and debugging. I had a group of 35. Called Bruce a few days before. We got lost trying to find the place.. Spoke to Bruce. Got the right... directions. When we got there Bruce was waiting for us. Likely the best buffet meals in the area! Not an overwhelming selection but I went twice and just about every item I had was... delicious and cooked well! The fried chicken thighs are about as big as they come and the batter tastes excellent over the skin.The steak was cooked to perfection as I love mine cooked medium. I can't speak on the desert too much but the ice cream willhave you wanting more. The service and hospitality are completely satisfying and friendly as well!! Love this place!!
