Hands down the worst 4 pieces of Oxtails for 24 bucks I\'ve ever had in my life. Even the rice wasn\'t fully cooked.

Looks are deceiving! The food looks good but doesn?t have a authentic Ghanaian taste at all!!! I had Jollof rice, beef, a boiled... egg, and plantains.The rice was not done! The food was tasteless. The portion size was small. The Jollof and stew sauce wasmissing all those spices and seasonings we all love. The beef was dry but is did have a decent taste. The plantains were hardas a brick, I couldn?t finish the food. I was extremely disappointed?I will make the trip to Woodbridge to get better Jollof thenext time I have a craving. Today, I ordered some delicious food made with pure love and effort. I ordered the peanut butter soup (with rice). I?ve had... authentic peanut butter soup before, and this is exactly it! Those working were also very kind and personable. I hope to goagain next week to try the peanut butter soup with fufu. Really, I look forward to trying everything on the menu. I ordered: Oxtail, jollof rice, veggies with boiled egg, and a side of Stewed Spinach.\n\nPros: Everything had great flavor!!... The rice was absolutely delicious and I really enjoyed the spinach/egg as well!\n\nCustomer Service was amazing. The young ladyat the counter was so sweet and kind! I felt like I was appreciated as a customer!\n\nCons: While the spinach was delicious, itwas a bit too oily for my liking. I drained alot of the oil out before I ate it.\n\nThe oxtails, while delicious, could haveused a bit more cooking to reach that fall of the bone tenderness.\n\nAll in all i was pleased with my order and will be back totry other dishes! I tried out this place by chance. I had the jollof rice, boiled egg with sauce, ox tail plantains and a small spicy sauce on the... side. I have to say it was amazing. Great flavor and that spicy sauce was fire. I used it all but it?s not like burn your mouthspicy but it?s had my stomach warm for a few hours. Highly recommended. Great and friendly service also.
