Today we came.in, not from the area, and were concerned because our daughter has a severe chocolate allergy. The young lady and... young man working at 2:30pm were exceptional! They were very flexible and accommodating all while being lind and understanding.And while we ate, we watched them hustle thriugh the next 15 people with the same kindness. Well done you two! Great creamery...happy to see they began offering plant based options. So far they only have chocolate plant based...once they... get vanilla as well, they will receive a 5 star review. However, I highly recommend them for a deliciously sweet and creativelycool treat on a hot spring / summer day. Read more

Some type of training needs to take place. My wife got us ice cream last week and when she walked in they had music playing loud... with profanities in the lyrics, this is a family store with little kids going in and out all the time. I went this week, one ofthe employees made my order wrong, with pecans which I?m allergic to, when I asked for almonds. Mistakes happen and I don?t mindbeing relaxed while making an order but if you can?t pay attention and you?re too distracted talking to another employee aboutnone work related matters, then I think please save the banter for when you?re not making an order.
