Worst experience ever. I had a free tmobile offer for a cinibun and after I clicked the offer they said there manager wont... except the offer. I was confused because there was no sign. I asked to speak to the manager and the lady said hold on. The maafter said dont accept the offer. He then called security on me. I had not even raised my voice. I was just annoyed. Anywaythis is not the was to handle the situation. They would not even give me the managers name. I felt bad for the cashier. I willnever go back. I felt so violated. Supposed to be open until 6pm on Christmas Eve. Arrived at 5:15 pm to get Christmas morning Cinnabons but store was closed, all... drink machines were cleaned and there was no product on the shelves. Several other potentialcustomers were also upset that theywere closed. I called the store phone and only received a recording. Following up on this review a year later: Cinnamon rollsare easy as heck to make and with a little trial and error, you can make 12 for the price of 1 at the store. It has also becomea family activity which you'll never put a price on. I grew up on cinnabon, but I'll never be back now that I have made my onerecipe. Read more
The good news is that the cinnabons here are as delicious as anywhere else I've tried. The bad news is that they were out for... the day of center of the roll kind. UGH. Horrible place. I ordered a cinnamon chillata and the drink did not come out the way it was advertised on the picture. The short... lady with the ginger hair did my drink. I watched her use a lot of ice and used her BARE hands to take out a mini cinnabon andthrew it in the blender as one of the ingredients. As for presentation, the drink didn't even come with the mini cinnabon placedon top of the drink (like it was advertised on the picture) and there was barely any whip cream on it. I tried to talk the ladymaking my drink but she didn't look so happy and said "We don't do it here!" I've been to Cinnabon at Tysons and Pentagon andthey properly advertise their food and beverages properly. Tysons and Pentgaon's Cinnabon have way better customer service,presentation and quality when it comes to Taste, Handling Food and having Properly Trained staff. If you are stuck in thespotsylvania mall you are better off ordering a frozen beverage from Starbucks or Chick fila to get your money worth. Read more
I was planning to get buns for Christmas Eve pick up. I called the store last Wednesdsy, six days before I needed to get them,... and spoke to a man who was very polite, he gave me prices and advised I should place a pre order if I wanted a large quantity topick up on Christmas Eve. I called 18-20 times the next two days and only got voice mail- I even left a voicemail asking to becalled back. I decided I better just go to the store to make my ore order, so I did on Saturday, three days before I neededthem. I waited in line and got to the counter and told the young cashier what I wanted to do and she went over to another personand that person said loudly ? no were not taking any more orders? . The cashier walked back over and told me they were no longertaking pre orders. I asked what does that mean? The other employee then turned around and very rudely said ? we are not takingany more orders!? I walked closer to where she was and explained I hAd been calling and had left a message so what was Isupposed to do? She answered? I don?t know but we are not taking orders- I have one four pack left? she then just turned andwalked away. I was so angry! I decided to get back in the line and buy the four pack. I asked another young cashier -was theperson who spoke to me the manager and what was her name. He said yes and very quietly said Amber. I then asked what was thelikely hood that I?d i came on Christmas Eve as soon as they opened that they would have boxes of buns available. Three youngcashiers came over and were very kind, gave me advice and even offered to go speak to Amber again. How sad is it that themansger for these young people was so rude and unprofessional! She is supposed to be setting an example as their leader. Shecould have at least spoke to me politely and explained why they were not able to take my order... Very disappointed! Read more
