So once again they cannot get a simple order correct. 3 weeks ago they left off 4 drinks that were ordered, which isn't cheap. ... Today it's 2 bags of chips and the lettuce off my bowl. Why is this so hard? $40+ for 2 burrito bowls, 2 bags of chips and 2drinks. And that is before any fees or delivery charges. At that price I would love it if you could just get my ordercorrect. I see why the place is always empty , young lady with short hair about 5 ft tall had an attitude because I asked for a little... more chicken after her less than generous scoop in the nastiest voice says ? SO YOU WANT DOUBlE CHICKEN?. After that she did theopposite or everything I asked I said a little joy she gave me a full scoop of hot I could do nothing but laugh and decided toleave without my food after they didn?t have any dressing. Tell me why I Used DoorDash to order chipotle and it was $16 not any of the DoorDash fees were included and this is what I get!... Absolutely ridiculous that I actually paid for this baby amount of food. FYI don?t DoorDash food from chipotle they will skimpyou unless your face to face. Read more
This has been bugging me for days. Two of us (one white one black) walked in late at night on Thursday Sept 1st. I ordered first... and the girl there (blonde white girl) made my bowl and made it with a good amount of food I appreciated it. However when itcame to the 2nd bowl, the girl made his bowl with half the portions of what she did in mine. Barely one scoop of beans, chicken,everything. I'm not going to blatantly say this girl was being racist, but given the passive aggressive behavior, smallerportion sizes she did, its hard to say she potentially wasn't being racist, given she has coworkers of color as well so I'm notsure what her deal was. It's one thing to hear how passive racism occurs daily, and then to see it is something else entirely. Ido kick myself for not being vocal about it even if I was tired from being up since 3am for work, next time I will address itbut to the managers at this Chipotle, please talk to your staff and ensure that you are keeping up with company policy and nodiscriminating based on how people look. This place is not what I?m use to when purchasing from Chipotle. Received my bowl and the rice wasn?t done. THE RICE.. How do... you undercook rice of all things!?!? We stopped going to this location around the start of the pandemic because the quality went downhill. The ingredients weren't... properly seasoned, portions weren't right, burritos were poorly wrapped, etc. They seemed understaffed and like they were havingtrouble training the people they did have. We figured it might have been a temporary situation, so we tried going back today.Unfortunately, they still seem to be struggling, even though there were hardly any customers at the time. We ordered online, but20 minutes after our food was supposed to be ready, it still wasn't out. I eventually had to ask one of the staff if they gotthe order, and it turned out it was just sitting there in the kitchen. And none of the items were labeled. If you're in themood for Chipotle, I recommend passing on this location. The one about 10 minutes south on route 1 is much better. Read more
They?re SO stingy. My burrito was pretty tiny. This is how it is even AFTER I asked for a little more. It?s literally the size... of a baked potato. Most of their crew members are kinda mean and for what? I tried giving them benefit of the doubt the firstfew times I went and this is not it. I will take the longer trip and go to another location from now on. Oh and thanks forwrapping my burrito :) by not wrapping the whole thing. I hate having to do bad reviews but it needed it. Make sure to check your orders. They forget things. If you don?t want to go back down to fix their screw up, you have to go... online to apply for a refund. So you have to do more work for their screw up. Read more
