Went to Chili's Grill and Bar for a late lunch. We were seated in the bar area. Our waitress took our drink orders and handed us... a menu for food available in the bar area. I've been to Chili's a number of times but I haven't seen this menu full of deliciousfood. I will post a picture of the menu. We had the Chili's Philly and Curly Fries, Southwester egg rolls and Burger Bites andCurly Fries. All of our food was delicious! Read more
The place was short staffed but the staff they had worked very hard to make sure everyone was taken care of as effectively as... possible. If I'm just being honest they did a better job than places I've been that have full staffing. They have greatemployees and they deserve to be recognized for their great service! Thank you! Read more
I love chili's..mainly their southwestern eggrolls. Unfortunately, this is what i got from this delivery. Burnt and no care at... all. The only reason for the three stars is because the rest of the order was great. Read more

The restaurant was pretty empty, which we like. The service was good, and the food was good. We needed to kill some time while... a friend was negotiating for a new vehicle, and the young man who took care of us at Chili's was nice. He made sure our drinkswere always topped off, and my wife said her street corn was EXCELLENT. I got the chicken crispers from the appetizer menu, andthey were good. The area was nice, too. I have yet to have a bad experience with the service of waiting staff, or the food. However, I was paying a few weeks ago on the... kiosk while the server was adjusting the amount without my knowledge. It paid the kiosk total, and gave me an error code. Stillhit the bank account for $25 and some change after tip. I was then still requested to pay the second bill (both of which werethe SAME TRANSACTION NUMBER) and the manager on the floor, Bill, said it should fall off and I needed to pay it. A week goes bywithout falling off, so I came in and spoke with Jeff for the $21 refund. I said keep the tip, because ericka was awesome. Hesaid he'd do it, then another week and nothing. I finally went in last Friday and spoke with Bill again, and he said he'd takecare of it. It is Tuesday with nothing, so I'm leaving my story. Will not be coming back. This is obviously not my fault, northe people's fault other than the costumer service of this establishment. I understand machines have issues, but we as humansare able to make things right when they mess up. I could've bought a quarter tank of gas with that 20 bucks!
