Reviews for Chick-fil-A in Fredericksburg, VA
Very upset!! I waited over 15 minutes for simple sandwich entree. There were at least 7 employees and apparently not one could... be bothered with a little customer service. This is not what I would expect from Chick Fil A, and I've never had this issue atany of their other local stores. I don't know what they cooked the chicken in, but within minutes after consuming it, I wasrunning for the restroom. Not the urinal either. Read more
Food has definitely gone downhill. Soggy fries, cold food, and 20 minute long wait for food after ordering. The staff are very... slow and lazy with none of the qualities chick-fil-a is known for. Any one of the other food places in the mall are excellentoptions. Save your time and money and eat elsewhere. Cheers! Read more

I ordered a 12 piece, it was an online order, showed up 10 minutes after I had placed the order, stood at the counter for 5... minutes before anybody even turned around.
