Been to many Bdubs? in my day. This one is easily the worst. First impression when you walk in, most tables were still dirty,... floor had trash and debris on it. Waiter was remotely attentive but was nowhere to be found when we got our wings. We were nevergiven silverware or napkins, even with our appetizer. Wings were not coated well, carrots were dipping wet carrot sticks thatwere tossed on top of the wings. Gross. Not even carrot slices like the other restaurants, but I guess #supplychaindisruptionsis the answer. Overall this place has the aura of poor management. For a Friday night too, this is bad. Wings are cold too?beenwaiting for silverware while I type this, finally got some and they?re cold. Awesome. They?re so cold that they were served thisway. 9/10 would never recommend coming here. Night started out a bit rough, but our waitress Sidney did her best to make sure we well taken care of. We've been eating at B-Dubs for a long time and during COVID we would order wings and appetizers for our home family night... nearly weekly. (We even came back when they ran out of wings at 4pm on a Friday) Over the past two months (June and July 2021)the customer service has been horrible with clearly overworked and frustrated staff. The orders are always late and recentlythe quality is non-existent. Last night was the last straw. The 15 wings that I received were best described as chicken-jerkywith virtually no meat any longer. With increasing prices has come a horrible food product in recent history. Read more
In house dining may be nice but never place an order online, I've spend $80 on wings and they told me over the phone they don't... see the order specifics so they just send you plain naked wings and tell you they can't do anything and keep your money.Terrible customer service and no desire to resolve an issue with the order.
