I have mixed feelings regarding my menu choice. I ordered the Philly Cheesesteak and fries. I was not wowed by my meal; it was... just ok. The cost was more than what I expected. You will need to pay extra for peppers and mushrooms. However, the food was hotwhen we picked it up, and it maintained its temp until we got home. Very tasty steak and cheese sandwich. I had the combo #2 and was fulfilled. Will return to try the gyros.
Ordered delivery and when the order was the delivered it was missing items. Tried calling multiple times (approximately 18... times) to have it corrected, but no one was picking up the phone so I had to drive to the restaurant to retrieve the order. WhenI got to the restaurant it was completely vacant inside; in fact looked like they were closing up when they still had almost 2hours till closing time. Employee was standing at the register, phone ringing and just not answering it. Waited another 20 minsfor them to make the food that was missing. No delivery fees or anything was refunded. Smdh. Ordered lemon pepper wings. They gave me Buffalo wings with Buffalo sauce and lemon pepper seasoning on top. Smdh... that... is NOT how you make lemon pepper wing. Read more
I ordered the special?..steak and cheese with the five wings?the wings weren?t bad but the steak and cheese was VERY basic, no... taste no Mayo no nothing?I automatically thought a steak and cheese would come with AT LEAST onions and or greenpeppers?NOTHING!!!!!I had to put my own onions, Mayo and salt and pepper on it and it was STILL nasty??.WOULD NOT ORDER FROMHERE AGAIN!!!!!! Haven?t gotten a chance to try it, as much as the concept of having a my cheesesteak place being so close to home. Every time... I?ve tried, their apathetic staff continually tell me, time and again, that their internet service is down and they can?t take acard. The first few times, over the course of several months, I gave them the benefit of the doubt. But now it?s years of thesame lies and I simply can?t believe them now. Several times I?ve entered, no customers in the store, no action detectable fromin the back, and the ?clerk? being behind the counter on their smartphone, choosing to make me wait 5-10 mins before evenacknowledging that I existed and ask me what I want. I?m wary of cash-only establishments in this modern age, especially thoselocated in brick & mortar shopping centers. IMO, the owners need to step up their game and invest in cc pmt options if theywant more customers; Relying on a cash-only business for a sandwich shop with unfriendly and inattentive staff isn?t earning +points from me. I?m suspicious of why they need to. I never carry cash. Subsequently, as they don?t take plastic for pmt, I?veyet to taste their food. I would give them a zero rating, if the system would permit it.
