We were visiting Fredericksburg and had a family gathering of 8. The 28? pie is what they are known for and made sense for our... dinner plans. Benny?s May special was the garlic/mushroom pizza and we added traditional pepperoni. They come thin sliced. Both were so good! Everyone was raving about how they enjoyed them. If you like big, doughy pizza, with very little sauce, then this is your place. Almost every customer was ordering slices, yet... they don?t have them ready. Waited 15 min for two plain slices. Hard pass for me. Read more

Best pizza I've had in VA! Granted, I moved to FXBG just a few months ago but I can already tell this is gonna be hard to beat.... The employees were really nice too. As soon as we came into Benny's, my wife, who was raised in Italy, said that the smell oftheir freshly-made dough took her back to the small pizzerias she used to frequent as a kid. We had a pie that was half GarlicMushroom and half Pepperoni pizza. Both were pretty good, although the Garlic Mushroom was too spicy for me. The cashier alsorecommended the 'Break My Balls' IPA, which paired really well with the pizza! We will definitely come back. Read more
