I wonder what will become of restaurants and these type places after pandemic. Customer service has changed dramatically. This... young generation don't have a clue! Will tell you anything to get rid of you. No small cups for drink but same small cups forpretzel nuggets! Mgmt haven't approved to sell cups for drinks! Stop lying! Selling cinnamon pretzels with cinnamon on topnuggets only and you don't realize until you're gone. Horrible place. Read more

I recently visited one of the Auntie Anne's locations here at 137 Spotsylvania Mall Drive Unit 210 Fredericksburg, VA 22407 on... 8-19-22. The food was not at all clean or fresh. (Meaning in my experience here: the pretzel was very stale and there was a longgreen hair cooked within the pretzel; also lemonade was for sure not at all good) I don't normally complain about Auntie Anne'sat all and have been a long time customer for many years until yesterday. I am very disappointed and I would hate to see anotherperson suffer the same feeling of immediately becoming ill, if not worse. Please, please, please I ask that whoever is in chargeof maintaining ALL health safety codes up to date is actually indeed following through with it along with all of theiremployees. I understand that businesses need to make money. But it's sickening both mentally and physically when it comes tobusinesses selling "already made" expired food at the cost of the communities health. The service was terrible! I had to wait about half an hour for a few pretzels. They didn't explain why it took so long, and they... served like 20 people behind me in line before serving me. Then to top it off, they got the order wrong. Avoid this place! Read more

It gets the job done, but the pretzel I had wasn?t all that great. I tried their specialty garlic Parmesan pretzel and it was... much drier than I anticipated. I?m used to the buttery moisture of Auntie Anne?s pretzels, but this one missed the mark. Grantedit might have just been this flavor, but I wouldn?t recommend it or get it again. Read more

I didn?t write a review a few weeks ago when the employees at the Auntie Anne?s at Spotsylvania Towne Center overcharged me for... something on the menu and then argued with me for 15 minutes until they finally refunded me what I overpaid. Today, however I amwriting a review because they crossed the line! I am writing a review because my child came to this location while at the mallwith friends. He wasn?t hungry but needed a drink of water so he asked for a cup of water from the staff. They insisted that hewould have to pay the same price as a fountain drink for a cup of tap water. They pushed and pushed him until he finally paidthe little money he had with him. There wasn?t even ice in the cup. Not only is this illegal it is morally wrong! This location at #210 in the mall is disgusting. They let pretzels that haven't been bought sit out for hours until they're... practically hard and flavorless. Staff is generally bitter and unhappy. Fast food is rough but be happy you have a job at least! Read more
