I was just lectured by a cashier at this store about plastics in the ocean after politely asking for my items to be placed in a... bag. I was taken aback by this and calmly told told her that if she had a problem with the use of plastic bags by 7-11 then sheshould quit her job and boycott the 7-11 Corporation. This diffused the situation and caused those around to chuckle alittle. This unwarranted and unnecessary exchange initiated by her was extaordinarily unprofessional and I definitely don't needthis sort of thing after a hard day. Her customer service skills are apparently non-existent and I won't be spending any moremoney at this location. Read more
It's a gas station so not much to say, this one has decent room to maneuver and is usually not too bad. There's a place to fill... your tires at the side of it. Within the Salem Fields shopping center so it's easy to stop when you are picking up groceries orgoing to Walmart or something. The crows like it as well. Read more
The owner is extremely rude to the elderly. Apparently we're too slow. The night crew is amazing. They treat me with respect... and always make me smile even if I'm slow. So thank you and Merry Christmas. Read more
This review is for the fuel pumps, which more times than not are EXTREMELY slow. I have brought it to the management's... attention more than 3 times, with no improvement. Plan to spend up to 10 minutes pumping fuel. Read more
This place is absolute trash. It reminded me exactly why I don?t go to 711 anymore. Food is disgusting. Employees are usually... rude or just completely act like they don?t care. They overcharge for everything. For example a pack of Marlboro reds at Anyother gas station is less than 5.75 they charged 6.50. I recommend if you need to stop at any gas station drive the extra 3-4miles to Wawa, royal farms or even fast mart. Would never recommend 711 and now with a fresh reminder of why I don?t go there, Iwill avoid that place at all cost. Wish I could post less than 1 star because they don?t even deserve that. Read more
Wish there was a ZERO STAR option....Some of the people that work here have the worst customer service skills EVER, I mean yes... its a 711 but do you want people to come back to your store? Every other night they give you hard time about the lotterymachines being "off" because they don't want to fool with it. And then they are rude on top off that....How are the machines offat 9:55 at night? I went to another store right next door and played, so I guess the machines only cut "OFF" at this store..... Only come here bc of the convenient location, but it's ridiculous. The owners here are extremely rude and the pumps always... seem to be down (can't even get the receipt at the pump anymore you have to physically walk in). Read more
