We have been camping at Jellystone campgrounds since 2018. Of all of the parks we have been to, Texas Wine Country Jellystone is... by far our favorite. The amenities, splash pad, clean pool, activities and staff are top notch. The newly added splash pad isperfect for our young kids and we don?t have to be helicopters watching them. The slides are big enough for adults to enjoy aswell. The staff is very attentive to the kids and are incredibly professional and interactive. Stacie, has done an amazing jobsince she took over management. She ensures the safety of the guests, is very involved with the activities, and is alwaysavailable to answer any questions. She and her staff are always very accommodating and ensure the guests are enjoyingthemselves. The Ranger Station has everything you could imagine, and are very reasonably priced and also sell gas on site. Tonywas very informative during the hay ride and showed us parts of the park that were soon to be updated and renovated. We can?twait to go back and always look forward to our stays here at this fantastic park! Read more

Really fun campground! They do a great job keeping it clean and the staff is friendly. This weekend is the first time we're here... with the new water park and it's fun for our little ones. Stacy in the ranger station has treated us like family. We have beento this campground before but this was probably our best visit yet. Read more

This is my family?s home away from home. Every time we come here my children don?t want to leave. That means I get stuck... packing everything up and hooking up the trailer. So they can get the last few hours in at the water park or play ground dSunday morning. Staff is all incredible. Super nice. They make you feel as if you are a part of a very large camping family. Probably because at jelly stone. You are exactly that. Stacy the manager is by far the best person at this place. She drivesaround and stops at all the campsites and make sure she spreads the love. She incredible. She?s a big reason we love thisplace so much. Can?t wait for our next trip !!!! Read more

Not worth the money spent if you?re trying to camp tent. The campsite area is on dry rock sand and invaded by fire ants. Made... for an interesting experience trying to get stakes in the ground to set up camp, that?s for sure. They said they had all theseactivities but in reality they didn?t do half of them, which was sad. Also the water park area was closed my stay. The otherneighbors appeared to start a fire when there?s a ban for the county but didn?t get in trouble. The other set was a family thatclearly had never been camping and was trying to have their first outing with kids under 5 years old. Parents: DO A TEST RUN INYOUR YARD. That way you?ll know to expect your kids crying they?re hot every hour or two or waking up everyone else on site. There is also lights at each campsite which I?ve never seen anywhere else I have camped. While there?s electric plugs, you?llprobably want to pack an extension cord because they have weather covers which meant you couldn?t use it unless you had theright kind of plug that wasn?t too wide. We stayed 3 nights and it was not worth what we paid. School hasn't started for everyone so I assumed there would be activities... for my kids during the week. This was a mistake on my part for assuming. We checked in on a Wednesday and left Saturday. Activities do not start until late Friday afternoon. The water park and on site food stand do not open until Friday. There wassupposed to be a movie shown at 8:15 Friday evening, I even called to confirm and was told it would show weather permitting. Not sure what happened because there was no movie and weather was fine. The pool was still open at this time with severalswimmers so the no movie could not be blamed on weather. The jumping pillow was also deflated on Friday, not sure what happenedthere either. The ranger store closed early are entire visit. I called and left messages asking questions, never got a callback. We got up Saturday morning to do the activities offered before leaving and was not impressed. We paid $784 to enjoy thepool for 3 nights and very basic mini golf. Our cabin smelled clean but could have been more diligent in actually cleaning. Staff was okay, not very welcoming or interested in making our stay enjoyable. We would not stay at this location again. Read more

We had a blast. From start to finish it was a great place to stay with your family! Everyone was so nice and super friendly. We... loved the staff and the little cottage we stayed in. The water park was great and we never left. My kids didn?t want to leaveand want to go back before school starts. The best part was that it wasn?t over crowded. We went with another family for theFourth of July weekend and it was great. We also learned a few things 1. Take a wagon 2.Get a cooler that rolls! Those two itemsare a definite must and will make your life way easier. Read more

Such a great spot to go with young kids! They enjoyed everything the park had to offer - the pool, bouncy pillow, water park,... pedal cars, and some of the activities. My husband and I even had a chance to visit a winery (there are soooo many to choosefrom). Friendly staff and clean facilities. You can?t go wrong with Jellystone! Read more

Seriously the most chill environment for a Jellystone we've ever stayed at. Lots of fun for kids but very relaxed... environment. Not as much sensory overload as some of the larger Jellystones. We stayed at a Studio Cabin this trip and itwas the perfect layout for our family. Everything is walking distance and everyone is so friendly. We definitely want tocome back. Read more
