Most of the service was great! Very friendly and polite....except for Isaac! He got my order wrong and when he had to make it... over, he got an attitude from he'll. Someone higher up needs to have a serious talk with him. He started throwing thingsaround, sloshing liquid all over the counter, slamming the blender into the mixer, the skilled a bunch of my drink all over thesides as he was pouring it into the cup! People like that should not work in the hospitality field. He's going to give StarbucksKerrville a bad reputation. Read more

Worst experience ever at a Starbucks. I go to Starbucks all of the time, all over the country, and even in airports, and even... the airport Starbucks, who are low-staffed and always busy, are much better than the customer service I received here. Lastnight at 7:13 pm, I placed an online app order; we showed up at 7:20 and they would not allow us in to get our drinks, statingthat they closed at 7:30 that night, yet they apparently had failed to turn off the online ordering. I called the store and shesaid they could not let us in, but we could come back in the morning. They refused to give us a refund. We are from out oftown, and at first, could not have come back, but ended up changing our plans so that we could come back in the morning. Ifinally got to order at 8:02 am after waiting for 8-10 min in line and explained my situation from last night. There was noapology for the inconvenience and no hurry to make my order either. I watched as multiple people who ordered in store after mereceived their drinks. Finally after 20 min, I asked about my drinks and she said they didn?t have my order; then a minutelater said oh, it just came through. 10 min later (so a total of 35-40 min) we finally received our drinks. I am normallyimpressed by Starbucks and their employees and management teams. There have been so many times where other locations have goneabove and beyond. I?m utterly disappointed. Read more
Restroom were clean. Staff were friendly. Eggs bites were delicious
Even if it is 30 minutes prior to closing, a coffee place should serve hot coffee, right? Not so good here, but staff are... helpful and polite. Read more
Line was long, but it moved fast. By the time I drove to the window all items were ready and delicious.
