Reviews for Inwood Estates Vineyards Winery & Bistro in Fredericksburg, TX
I?m not sure how people are giving this place a bad review. This winery is amazing. I can honestly say that they have the best... Reds in Fredericksburg. The staff is very knowledgeable and teaches you about their wines. The food and snacks are also great. We have been going to Inwood for years and will continue to do so. Read more
Very informative sampling today. A must see destination as Dan Gatlin is one of the godfathers of Texas wine.
Had the best experience doing a tasting here with Mollie. It was like being shown incredible wines with a close friend. Mollie... was kind, knowledgeable, and personable. The wines are fantastic, and you want to stay for the experience. We will mostdefinitely be back for a tour! Read more
Bold, Deep, Dark, Rich, and Luscious 100% Texas Grown Red Wines. Fabulous salads and shareable grazing boards. Gorgeous... outdoor patio and shaded oak grove, w/a fire pit set up for cooler temps. By far the best red wine tasting along the 290 WineTrail, between Fredericksburg and Stonewall. Read more
We stopped by on a Tuesday to do a tasting. We had a Mollie as our tasting host and she was great! She explained each wine and... the history that Inwood has played in the Texas wine industry. This is a great spot for 100% Texas wine, especially big boldreds! Read more
Unique, authentic and unforgettable experience. You would taste and smell something completely different from any other... vineyards on the area. Don?t let yourself guide from the bad reviews. While the customer experience is something improbable, ifwe focus on the wine quality it?s just at other level. Read more
Superb Frederickburg winery! I've been to many and Inwood stands out. The reds are superb, with the petit verdot, Magellan... blend, and Magdalena blend topping off an impressive oeuvre. Do no hesitate to make this a stop to taste then enjoy a glass ofMagellan! Read more
Inwood is our favorite vineyard in the Texas wine country. The service is friendly and the wines are a cut above. If you?re... looking for a big, bold red made in the old world style, this is your spot. The food is cafe style with more charcuterie andlight snacks than full meals. The ambiance is quaint with both a lovely patio and an indoor bistro/tasting room. The first timewe went, we stopped in for a quick glass and left with a wine membership and several bottles in tow. We?ve brought friends insince for both large and intimate gatherings, and Inwood is alway a hit. Highly recommend! Note: they specialize in reds. Thereare no white wines, and there is typically one rosé on hand (their Heavy Petal wine). Read more
