I ordered the Flight of 3 and allowed them to chose. Great ice cream and the Pecan Pie Bar was outstanding but I ate it before... I took the picture. Great 50?s theme in here, check it out! Read more

Coming from someone who absolutely loves ice cream, this was one of my favorite places. The flavor of the ice cream was... incredible and if you?re not feeling ice cream, they have a bakery off to the side with some of the biggest cookies anddelicious treats. Read more
Going into this quaint ice cream shop with a retro feels like yesteryear of a simpler time. Their choice of ice cream is immense... and seems limitless. It would have been nice to sample a couple of flavors like many ice cream shops do. But at the moment, theyare not allowed to give samples probably due to covid but not sure. We decided to go with a single scoop of Pralines & Cream ina waffle come. It was absolutely delicious. Next time, I will try their peach ice cream because it seems only appropriate sinceit's in Fredericksburg. The place was packed with many people who had the same idea of getting a cold treat to cool off duringthe heat of the day. Fun place for both kids and adults. Read more
They are famous for their ice cream in Fredericksburg. I had a Mocha as I wanted something hot. The cafe is nicely decorated... but it is very crowded although they serve pretty fast. As they prepare food in front of you it is a bit noisy. Overall it was agreat experience with great tasting coffee and ice cream. Read more

This was a fun place! Walking into the store your instantly stepping into a 1950s carnival. There were over 20 flavors of ice... cream and so many cookies, brownies, and other gooey treats to pick from. There?s a ice cream parlor in Cibolo Texas (Scoop atthe Mill) serves their ice cream, but coming to original shop was a treat all its own. We are and our ice cream and grabbed somecookies to back home as gifts. Read more
Visiting from out of state. First time trying and it was yummy! Went back the next day for another treat. Location: right on... main street. Gps will take you there. There is free parking on the street, but depending on when you go, it can fill up. Evenso, parking a ways down and walking shouldn't be too far of a walk. There is also a public parking lot nearby, across from PastaBellas. Atmosphere: cute, diner style look with old fashioned decor. Booths inside. It can easily get crowded inside withlimited seating. The way the tables and counter is set up feels a bit too close/cluttered to me. I feel like I'm always insomeone's way due to the layout. As soon as you walk in, you may be running into someone. Service: Very friendly and open tosamples of the ice cream. I never felt rushed by the staff. Food: ice cream (many many flavors), floats, nachos, sandwiches, cookies, salads, potatoes, coffee, baked goods, etc. We tried the cotton candy ice cream and it was one of the best cotton candyflavors I've tried. Also got a chocolate chip cookie and they are huge! Price: depends on what you get. Cookies ran about $3;salads $12; sandwiches $13; potatoes $13; medium ice cream was about $7. Overall, a cool stop. We enjoyed our sweets andrecommend checking it out. They have a little bit of everything for everyone. Read more
