I get breakfast here often. The food and the service are always good. The lady at the drive thru loves it when I bring my dog.
We and our traveling friends like Burger King. But corporately they have a front end problem with expeditious order taking on a... good day. While ownership is aware of this, they have yet to idiot proof it and really need an automated walk in orderingsystem. This was one of their newer format stores well sited but with tricky street access for a RV. The smoke alarm alerted for half our visit, our order was difficult to place from their phone ap at the counter. We did not receive the food dressed asordered for either couple, all having whoppers. The burgers were good. The fries were excellent. The staff was not trained. Sure we would come back as the "FAST FOOD" WAS HALF THE PRICE OF MORE LOCAL OPTIONS. Read more

We waited over 10 minutes before we just left no one was answering the drive thru and there was 2 people at the window. There... was no sign telling us if it was closed or if there was issues with the intercom so we just left. Read more
The main Burger King location we go to is in Fredericksburg the staff there is usually pretty friendly. Aurora and Candy do very... well at keeping it running smoothly. I never have to wait too long when I'm there. They always great at answering any questions.We have recently become addicted to the rodeo Burger. It's a nice snack when you're on the go. Read more
Manager took my order it was completley wrong. I always add tomoatoes pi kles and extra spicey sauce. It would be one thing to... just not get this but the value of the burger itself and the fact that the manager cant even get an order correct is terrible.The spicey chicken jr itself had almost no sauce and two pieces of lettuce. Paid $11 for a salad and a whooper but they served my meal horribly with minimum food in it. And no dressing for the salad. I am... not expecting much from a fast food chain but come on now... I would not trust this place again. I am sure they could be thetype to spit in your food! Read more
Only 3 employees but we were allowed in the clean dining area. I'm very thankful. It was pretty quiet. Everything was clean... including the parking lot & bathrooms. Food was EXCELLENT. Read more
