Did not even order my smoothie from here. The employee literally with "gloves" on grabbed the trash can, adjust several other... things and then dipped their hands in to ice to make a smoothie... Who knows how long they had those "gloves" on for. #nasty Read more

EDIT: UPDATING MY REVIEW TO 1 STAR BECAUSE ITS BEEN OVER MONTH AND I STILL HAVENT RECEIVED MY REFUND. I called a week after... trying to get my refund, was told the manager had an emergency and would be back tomorrow and would refund me. Stillnothing! The only reason why I didn't give 1 star was because all the other times I've been here, the experience was normal.Today I placed an order online and I tried to pick up at 11am but it said they were busy and I had to pick up at 1230pm. So Iwaited the hour and a half and went to pick up my two sandwiches. After 15 minutes of waiting I double checked to make sure theyhad my order, which they found after looking through the stack of orders they had. I waited another 15 minutes and it stillwasn't ready so I just asked for a refund. 30 minute wait for 2 sandwiches is a little much especially when I ordered way aheadof time. Read more

this place used to be really good but end of 2021 and 2022 the new staff is really mean and they take forever for the smoothies... and food to not even be good. i used to love going here but now i dread having to drive to 85 for smoothie king instead. Read more

So first walking in the back door I came inches away from being hit by the bathroom door by one of the associates who gave me a... dirty look and never apologized, second it took several minutes for them to acknowledge me and there wasn?t any line, third theonline pick up isnt labeled well, I also came in five min after my order was supposed to be ready and only the smoothie wasready and the girl who handed me my wrap was very rude saying how I was supposed to wait to pick up the order until the intendedtime at that point 10min before. Over all I wouldn?t return here to this location very unprofessional and rude pretty bummedabout it. Read more

28 minutes for two wraps (no smoothies) is absolutely ridiculous. When I told them I had waited that long, they didn?t even... apologize. All that wait and the food wasn?t even good! Their smoothies are incredible! They're expensive but you get a LOT of smoothie for your buck. There are many options for people... who have dairy intolerances since they allow you to sub in coconut milk or soy milk in place of dairy milk or yogurt. The foodis really good too--I personally recommend the Thai chicken bowl. Read more
