Went here for dinner on a Saturday night. This is Bryan Voltaggio's restaurant and it did not disappoint. The inside of the... restaurant was very warm and inviting. The staff was excellent and extremely attentive to our table as the we progressed throughour courses. The quality of the ingredients and of the food was unmatched in taste and presentation. We had an amazing date night at T&R! The food was amazing and the service matched. I got the salmon which was great but I have... to say my husbands ribeye was phenomenal. It came with the creamiest mashed potatoes I ever had. They brought out these cornbread Madeline’s which were amazing. Their buns were also delicious and the drinks were well crafted. The tasting menu in the chef’s kitchen was an unforgettable experience. Each course was exceptional and beautifully prepared.... The service was flawless and watching the kitchen operate was a ton of fun for me and my wife. Cannot recommend this highlyenough! Read more
Went for my birthday and had an absolutely amazing experience!! I’ve been here twice and both times the lasagna and chocolate... dessert have been a favorite. Everything I’ve had here has been incredible. After 5pm you can park in their lot and that’sso convenient! Read more
Fabulous date night made perfect with amazing food & service! We had duck pate, beef tartare, cacio e pepe risotto, rib eye (not... pictured), chocolate orange pudding and sticky toffee cake. Service was unbelievable. Nice atmosphere and decor. Went for restaurant week. Ravioli and asparagus salad was delicious.... Chocolate dessert (literally what it's called) had lots of great flavor. Unfortunately, the main entree, short rib, wasextremely fatty, which was the only turnoff, especially since it was an additional cost on top of the standard restaurant weekpricing. Read more
We went out to Thacher and Rye for Valentines Day and it was delicious! The oysters were amazing and so fresh, the duck pate... yummy! We had unique cocktails and the main course was also really superb! They go out of their way to make the experience verywelcoming and are super attentive with service. Recently, my wife and I dined at Thacher & Rye for the first time. We were not sure what to expect, but regardless of what those... expectations might have been, this place exceeded them. The atmosphere was warm and inviting from the moment we walked in thefront doors. The hostess that greeted us was friendly and helpful. Anna G curated our dining experience and did so incredibly.She was knowledgeable and answered any questions that we had, and she was friendly and personable. She acknowledged my birthdayas well. The food was well-prepared and delicious, and was delivered to our table exactly when we needed it. The starters(Parker House Rolls and Oysters) were beyond what we expected and the main courses (Burger and pork loin) were delectable. Thecheesecake and an After Hours cocktail were the perfect finish to an amazing meal. This may have been our first time here, buteveryone made us feel like valued guests. I don't think I could have been made to feel more welcome even if we were regulars.Everyone made this an incredible experience and a birthday I will remember for a long time.
