There was an awful woman working here named Christina (she lied and said Maria but her name tag says Christina). She was rude,... giving major attitude, refused to toast our food, threw our food around and got all sarcastic when i asked for more onion on ourpizza by dumping two handfuls on it. This store deserves 0 stars because of the service, Disrespectful team, uncivil, inconsistent and moody! The 2 ladies at the... register (Friday 6/3/2022 3:00pm) they both need a lot of training, even the one who claimed to be the store manager (big ladyred curly hair round face and the staff member black hair glasses both latinas in their 50-60s), though I was trying to justifyher rudeness for having a bad day. Even if Subway started today charging for extra ingredients and I didn?t know, and speciallythat I got them free of charge yesterday at the same location!!!! If they changed their mind, at least they should either chargequietly or ask nicely! I could have left the food and did?t pay but I did?t want to put them in trouble! They don?t even deservethat gratuity or that one star! Long story short, Subway is my favorite but this location is the worst ever! Read more
The staff were very disrespectful! The app is running a promotion for the go long sandwich at $2 and they didn?t want to honor... that after I ordered through the subway app and acted like I was stealing. Just over all disrespectful subway needs to take thestore away from these owners and put in people who actually care. It?s a shame subway use to be better. Read more

I used to eat at this subway weekly for years and years since 2000. Today was 1st time in over 2 years. The Italian herb and... cheese bread was dry and when I asked for extra cheese she acted like she wasn't allowed to add extra. She was hard tounderstand and she didn't quite understand me. The whole time she was waiting on me she was conversing in Spanish with herco-worker. I don't I will return to this particular subway. Too bad, it was my "old stomping ground". Disappointed ???? Went to pick up my online order and they said they never received it. I tried to show her my order confirmation email and she... refused to look at it or check the system for an error. She then began to ignore me and serve other customers. I submitted TWOrequests to get a refund for the order I NEVER RECEIVED and was never issued a refund. Horrible customer service. Read more
The place always looks clean, has a double glass casing to ensure the food products are protective, and the workers wear masks... and sanitize when necessary. It's rarely crowded, but there is now a limit of tables. Read more
