Well this store Is bad customer service I went tonight at 815 the doors where Already closed even though the signed said 9pm a... young man came to the door and said that the owners son told them to close almost 45 early and they were already cleaning up buthad the open sign on And they all looked mad like we were a bother so I suggest you DONT GO TO THE SUBWAY ON BALLENGER Insteadgo to WALLMART SUBWAY They are very nice ladies and open Even if it's almost closing they will gladly Take your oder ... If I could get a -star I would. Worst sub I have ever had. When I called to complain no one answered the phone. Thanks to this... store I will never order from subway again. I ordered on line and they did not even make it the way I wanted .Again neveragain. Read more
They claim to not accept coupons even from the subway app. Could have had better service
Best Subway store ever.. friendly staff and very accommodating for large orders. We order to go boxes for our team and the... sandwiches are always fresh.. even the toasted ones.Kaitlin the manager is very attentive and helpful on the dot with all of ourorders every time. Read more
I have been to atleast 50 subways across the country, and I eat subway atleast 2 times a week. I have never seen service so bad.... Maybe I just caught them at a bad time .. either way it was terrible. The rate at my sandwich was being made was slower than asloth, clearly the worker also didn?t know what she was doing. As two workers who reeked of cigarette smoke came in to greether. The slowest sub ever made in history? Then towards the end where you have an option to put in a tip I put ?0? We use to love going here up until recently.. decided to give it another try, the young guy that works late shifts, doesn?t care... how he makes people?s sandwiches. Had no respect even when we left a tip. Drenched our sandwiches in oil covered the wholewrapper, when we didn?t even order it on the sandwich and everything was falling off and messy... Definitely won?t be going tothis store again after tonight. Will be contacting corporate to get a refund also, that?s how nasty it was ???? Read more
This Subway is great stop to get freshly made sandwich. My personal favorite it the roast beef and my son's is the meatball sub.... The staff is very attentive, friendly, and most of all patient. Been in there many times and never seen any attitudes whenwaiting on the customers. My usual wait time has never been more than 5 minutes. I recommend this location of you are lookingfor a good sandwich with good customer service. Read more
Closed at 8:10pm on a Sunday when they are supposed to be open until 9pm. The Hispanic female worker didn't even acknowledge us.
