Almost always closed earlier than they?re supposed to be with a handwritten note on the door saying they have to close early.... Almost never accepts online orders and almost always out of something (i.e. oat milk, etc. Right now they don?t have anythingpumpkin spice either). I?ve never seen a more inconsistent Starbucks. Chai Tea Latte - Chai originally means Tea (Black tea with or without milk). When you say Chai Tea, did you mean blended with... specific spices like cardamom, ginger, clove, cinnamon etc., which then is called Masala Chai and to add to the fun you have theword 'Tea' accompanying it for whatever reason with milk in it (Latte). Chai Tea Latte is surely not meant to read as 'Tea Teain Milk'. I am sure my explanation is not as confusing as when you read Chai Tea Latte. Anyways, Chai Tea Latte is not a productthat anyone new to drinking tea should taste and get used to, because it is trying to mimic some beverage but surely not Chai orMasala Chai. I've passed this location many times. Never went in, until this past Saturday. Best thing I could've done. Just wanted a simple... coffee to pick me up. Staff was very friendly. I was amazed of the square footage. Plenty of seating. Restroom was very clean.I sat in the rear to discover their was also a patio outside. And lastly, music was very nice. First this Starbucks location so located in Historic Downtown Frederick in an amazing historical building. Every visit I have... made here has always been pleasant even when they are busy. The location also has a great Holiday atmosphere during theChristmas season that is very enjoyable and fun. Read more

Out of the 2 Starbucks near West Frederick, Maryland, I prefer the downtown location the best. Not only is there a great... curbside vibe in the area, the all around service is better. They gave my normal frappe order a much fancier presentation with achocolate swirl on top of the whipped cream. Read more
