I have always had good experiences at starbuck. My drinks, perfected. The staff, kind and respectful... but that all changed... this morning. I made my usual 3 hour drive to my favorite location. I greeted my friends behind the counter and made my way tothe order station. However, to my surprise, someELSE was working today. I thought nothing of it, as some of my bestest friendswere new to starbuck. I ordered my usual, a venti caramel macchiato in a trenta cup with non-fat oat milk, 3 splenda, 4 shots ofespresso, 2 pumps caramel, 2 pumps mocha, whipped cream, and cocoa powder on top (Of course with the normal 100 degrees that Iask for my coffee). When I recived my drink it was a mere 99 degrees, was a disaster and TOTALLY ruined. I was furious about thesmiley face that was drawn on my cup, its beady little eyes taunting me. I yelled profanities at the employee who broke down andcried like a baby. How puny. When he would't fix my drink, I pulled out my keys and wrapped my fist around them and beat theemployee until he made my drink right. It was just how I liked it. Everything that works here is fantastic!! The drink I always get is excellent!! I highly recommend this Starbucks!
Expensive!!! If you spend $5/day at Starbucks each working day (250 days/year) and could make it at home for $1 (probably less),... that is $1000/year, $10,000 per decade. Even if you don't need $4 a day you could probably feed a couple of kids in adeveloping country quite well for that amount. Read more

The staff on duty was conscientious and courteous..good cup of coffee, too?????quieter time of day was a Plus????????????ch

Great location and staff is always friendly and helpful. Lines can be long though and wait time is sometimes really long.
Unfortunately I am unable to give 0 stars. My wife and I visited this Starbucks on 2/12 at 9:45 am. My wife stood in line and... the young man who exclaimed to be the manager refused to acknowledge her. Another person - who shared his hue of skin,approached the counter and he quickly acknowledged her. I politely asked why he acknowledge her and not my wife who had beenstanding there for several minutes. He provided a snide remark indicating she was standing in the correct area. He clearlywasn't interested in providing equitable service to all customers. The customer service at this location is horrible at best. Read more
