My wife and I stopped in for a bite during our vacation, and this place was great! If you have a hunger for a great tasting... sandwich then this is the place! I got the "Loaded Chicken" which had Housemade chicken salad, Swiss cheese, bacon, lettuce andtomato on toasted Sourdough- and it was perfect from first bite to the last. My wife got the "Southwest" which had roastedturkey, pepperjack cheese, jalapeño ranch dressing, lettuce, and pico de gallo on a fresh baked sub roll- spicy goodness! Thestaff were pleasant and the place was clean. They have a great selection of hot and cold sandwiches to choose from, so when youare in town and need some great food, definitely swing by and grab a bite. Read more
Delicious!!! I went here this AM after a Dr. apt because I was craving a Cuban on National Cubano Day. I got here at 10am which... is a crazy time for lunch but the shop is 30 minutes from my house I didn?t want to have to drive back. Service was excellentand friendly. Food is yummy I will def be driving 30 minutes to come back! I got the half sandwich but wishing I?d gotten thefull size because it was so good. For the negative review that said the person they dealt with didn?t listen to them, I hope itwasn?t the gentleman who served me today. He was deaf and wore a hearing aid. I saw this upon entering the shop so I spokeclearly and slowly. The woman who came in after me was speaking quickly asking about a few different items. he pointed to hishearing aid and then handed her a pen and paper. This system seemed to work just fine! To the other negative review that talkedabout how much meat he had piled high on a New York deli sandwich in comparison? well that?s just it, this is not a New Yorkdeli nor do they claim to be. But most people don?t want a sandwich that?s so big they can?t get their mouths around it or thatthey have so much extra they end up throwing it away! There were No issues with the toasting of the bread either. You can seefrom my photo that it was perfect. Great hole in the wall local place. Great food, great staff, great vibes. Pictured is the club sandwich which was great, would... order again. The menu has a great spread of variety in flavor profiles. Sides are quite small in portion but sandwich is goodsize. I also posted pics of the menu, price is pretty middle of the road. I ordered Pastrami sandwich. Customer didn't give me the receipt and one of them irresponsible to answer my question about the... receipt. The Pastrami was the worst sandwich I haven't had because it's ONLY had 3 slices of pastrami with a lot of Cole slawinside and not come with Rye bread?!! Ridiculous expensive in MD!! That's rip off! New York is one of the BEST Pastramisandwich. It's making from Jewish family business and the slices of Pastrami was HUGE one! Look at the picture of Pastramisandwich at Harold's New York Deli! This is the one you call "hole in a wall" restaurant that I am giving 5 stars to!!! We ordered, Frederick, Four sisters, Philly... and Judge. It was quite tasty!!!! My favorite though I would have to say is the Judge!!!! MUST MUST TRY!!! I ABSOLUTELYLOVED IT. good sandwich size portion with really good amount of meat! I want more!????. I ordered the Mr. Wilson Club and added onion. Absolutely delicious and satisfied my deli sandwich cravings. Consistency is key... and each sandwich I can tell is lovingly made with attention to detail. I tried the mac salad as my side and it tasted similarto my moms. I will be making this place my go to lunch spot. Cant wait to try more! Read more
